Moonlight's pov:
I looked at the moon illuminated beach. It was a peaceful night, the waves crashing into one another.
I shut my eyes, breathing the summer air.
The breeze accompanying me as it blew through my curls. Yet, the breeze wasn't the only thing to be of company as the waves suddenly gotten louder.
I opened my eyes to see the water unveil another being. The water gracefully kept her afloat as she opened her eyes. Her eyes travelled around till they found me.
"Oh, hello there."
Her voice was that of an angel, one that held power, one that was soft enough for me to get lost in it. It felt as though her words wrapped around my heart.
Her hair flowed elegantly, connecting with the water under her.
She was heavenly.
My admiration, I felt fixated on her. What an odd feeling.
"Hello."
I had so many questions, millions flooded my head. All pertained to her. I never wanted to know so much about a person before, not in my hundreds of years of living. I wanted to flood her with questions.
Yet I was confused, overwhelmed with emotion.
I suddenly found myself wanted to ask her why she made me feel this way, why I felt so hot just standing near her. Was this a human emotion? Surely they don't feel such vigorous feelings.
"You perplex me."
It slipped from my mouth, my hand creeped up to my face. "How rude of me!" I squeaked.
She only giggled. Heat rose to my face, I couldn't tell if it was out of embarrassment or.. if it involved.. whatever I was feeling.
"I must say, you intrigue me." She narrowed her eyes at me and looked me up and down.
"You must be the moon goddess i've heard so much about." I held my breath, "No worries, all good things."
I exhaled, "Wonderful, I am embarrassed to say I have not heard anything about you."
"I am quite the recluse, I am not surprised one bit."
It was silent, save for the waves crashing.
"Why do you make me feel all weird.."
She hummed,
"I uhm.. I've never felt in such a way till you showed up."
"A warm and fuzzy feeling?" she softly giggled
I looked up,
"I assume you could say that, I wish to learn more about you, learn you on a deeper level. More so than a friend, is that weird? Am I odd for feeling such a way?"
"Of course not, if didn't know any better, i'd say you have a little crush on me." She stared at me, her eyes holding me in their trance.
I blushed at her words, the eye contact.
"A crush..? If it involves this overwhelming feeling.. then yeah... I do have a crush on you!" I admitted
"I'm glad, cause I find myself having one on you as well cutie."
