"I don't know why you just don't hit her back."

"Kacchan!" Izuku scolded as carefully maneuvered his bruised arms into the white shirt of his uniform that his friend was holding up for him. "I could never, she's my mum."

"So's the hag," the blonde retorted, grimacing at the sight of the smaller boy's back, "If she wacked me around like Auntie does you, I'd blow her fucking face off."

"Well that's you, not me." Green eyes stayed pointedly averted, staring at his fingers as they shakily pushed buttons through the holes, losing grip every now and then.
"Damned right I would," Kacchan gently slapped his hands away, doing the buttons up quickly. "You need to stand up for yourself, it isn't right and-"

"You think I don't know that?" Izuku trembled, watery eyes trained on pained red ones. "I know what she's doing is wrong, I know I need to stand up for myself Kacchan, I know." He sniffed, blinking rapidly to hold back the flow of tears. "I'm not strong enough, I'm barely coping with what's going on inside my head Kacchan, I can't-" he was cut of by the blonde pulling him into a hug, face burying itself into the boys neck.

"I know, damnit, I know you can't nerd. It just- seeing you like this-" kacchan's chest shuddered in an unfamiliar motion, a hand on the back of his head, fingers curling into his hair so he couldn't move.

"Let's get you ready for school nerd."

Izuku couldn't help but stare, eyes wide and shining as they took in everything around him.
"Oi, what're you staring at nerd? You saw it all at the fucking exam!" Carefully bounding over to the angry blonde's side, Izuku smiled brightly up at him.
"But this's different Kacchan! This is going to be our school for the next three years! Aren't you excited?" Letting out a characteristically annoyed 'tch' His friend rolled his eyes fondly, gently guiding him towards the entrance.

"Of course I'm excited dipshit, but you wouldn't catch me dead acting like you are right now." Unconsciously the green haired boy pouted, head bowing.
"So mean Kacchan."

"C'mon nerd, don't want to be late for our first day."

It was surprisingly easy to find the 1A classroom, though Izuku attributed that to Kacchan, he had an amazing sense of direction and could probably find where he needed to be without the map they had been given.
Sliding the giant door open, they saw that the room was practically empty, the only occupant being a dark blue haired boy with glasses that Izuku vaguely remembered from his exam.

"Hello! My name is Iida Tenya! It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance! I-" The boy had marched up to them the moment they entered, arms chopping a little too close for comfort, causing Izuku to flinch. Kacchan didn't like that.
"Oi extra! What the fuck do you think you're doing marching up to people like a robot on acid? Piss off with your flailing and shit!" Iida looked offended, eyes widening behind his glasses as his shoulders stiffened further.

"Excuse me? Your language is not befitting of such a prestigious school as UA! And that uniform! Please adjust it and put on your tie, you are being extremely disrespectful!"

"What's disrespectful is not respecting people's boundaries, asshole-"

Using the distraction as it was intended, the green haired boy skirted the argument and found his seat, a relieved sigh leaving him when he saw Kacchan's seat was in front of his.
'I wonder what our teacher is going to be like?' He leant forwards, elbow on the desk as he perched his chin on his hand.

/Oh, I don't think you'll have to worry about him being like your old teachers Izu./

He blinked lazily, 'Yeah? How're you so sure?' He felt Yoi smirk as Kacchan flopped down in his seat.
