~•𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧•~

Y/n and Vi were up in the small home taking their power nap. While Ekko was waiting for the two to wake up, he was filling Caitlyn in on what exactly happens down here in Zaun. He unchained her from the pillar, taking her mesh headcover off. "Vi said I could trust you.. so, you get a pass topsider.. and only one."

Caitlyn sighed "she said that?"

Ekko rolled his eyes "yes she did. Now c'mon, you have a lot to take in on this lovely city" he said sarcastically while leading Caitlyn out to the tree. "Welcome to the Hideout. I guess.. now, this is the only tree alive in this damned city. Once we found it, we knew this was our place. If a single seed could make it down here, so could we." He said as he lead her down to the base of the tree.

"I've heard stories about how this city runs.. but I never thought of it to be like what I saw today.." Caitlyn said as she was starting to doubt her assumptions on the Undercity folk. She was always told that they were all criminals and it's where crime lives. She now understands why it's like this.

"Not very topside-y is it?.." he said with slight sass in his tone. He walked forward to the paintings on the tree, examining everyone there. "And these are the family and friends we've lost.. most were enforcers...others silco.."

Caitlyn examined some of the familiar faces "that blue haired girl...she looks like Jinx.."

"That's because it is.. her name was Powder. Vi's little sister. But she's long gone now..Powder isn't coming back. Jinx is all that's left." Ekko said as he looked at the paintings. He then looked up at Benzo and Vander's portraits "and it was all because of a stupid gemstone..."

Caitlyn rose a brow "gemstone?"

Ekko rolled his eyes "you ask too many questions.. keep them minimal."

Ekko and Caitlyn continued to talk while waiting for Vi and Y/n to wake up. Not long later, Vi woke up with a yawn. She looked down at Y/n who was laying on her chest. She smiled with a small chuckle and She gently gave Y/n a kiss on the forehead, shaking her awake "hey cupcake. It's time to wake up"

Y/n grumbled shaking her head in reject with her face stuffed in Vi's chest. All she heard out of her was low muffled words. Vi snickered and gently picked her head up "Y/n if you don't wake up now I'm not giving you kisses for the day"

Y/n fluttered her tired eyes open with a grumble "fine fine I'm up" she muffled as her face was squished in Vi's hands. Vi giggled and gave Y/n a soft kiss on the nose "good. Now c'mon, we gotta go see Ekko" she said standing up and putting her jacket and boots back on.

Y/n stood up stretching the tiredness out of her body. "Yea I forgot about that. I still need my wrench back from him. He always steals my tools without asking." She laughed a little, putting her gadgetry goggles on her head and slipping on her jacket. She was then greeted with a hug from behind from Vi. She blushed a little of surprise and looked back at Vi who had her face buried in Y/n's shoulder. She chuckled leaning her head on Vi's, gently petting her soft magenta strands of hair "what's up Cherry Top?"

Vi shrugged "nothing. I'm just happy to see you again." She looked up at Y/n with a soft smile, hugging her more.

Y/n giggled with a big smile "I'm happy to see you too Vi" she kissed Vi's head and lead her outside "c'mon, can't keep them waiting forever." She said with a smile.

Vi then stopped her "uhm- how's he gonna react to those Cupcake?" She rose a brow with a small chuckle, pointing at Y/n's hickeys on her neck.

Y/n flushed up red and looked in the mirror "Holy shit Vi-"

Vi rubbed the back of her neck "sorry? I did warn I wasn't going to hold back.." she chuckled in defence.

Y/n glared a little then looked through her makeup drawer. "I'm sure I have a full coverage concealer in here.."
