The fight continued, it is not the first time that I am fighting alongside Obanai, we've also been training together, it is safe to say that we know each other's attacking position from the back of our hands

In our case now, Obanai is circling around the demon, distracting him while I look for the chance of stabbing the demon straight at the heart, freezing his blood vessels so that he can't move

However, the Upper Moon Four managed to see through our little plane, instead of being distracted, he kept an eye of me therefore giving no chance of attacking, but I had a go for it nonetheless

If I fail, me and Obanai will simply switch positions, meaning that I then become the distraction and Obanai can attack

The arms of the demon turned metal-like as he blocked my swords, stopping me from stabbing his flesh

"OBANAI SWITCH"

I shouted, seconds after, Obanai landed behind that demon and swung his katana, aiming at it's neck once more

The chance of success is present, I held my breath but applied more force onto my katana pushing it against the claws of the demon

In front of my eyes, I see Obanai managed to get his katana to the flesh of the neck, however, he can't cut through it, I watched, as his heterchromia orbs widened in shock, realising that the meant to be soft flesh was changed into some sort of solid instead, completely shutting out the chance of being sliced through

The next second, we both felt a powerful hit in our stomach, sending the two of us flying backwards due to the impact

"Hss"

Hissing in discomfort, I quickly regain my balance, looking at the demon, whose playfully smirk disappeared, the only emotion left from him, is rage

A third arm grew out completely in the middle of nowhere, which is the same thing that hit the two of us away

On the other side, Obanai is also slightly surprised at the sudden change in aura from the demon standing in between him and the Frost Pillar

"Oh my oh my, I was so close to death, the master won't be impressed"

The Upper Moon Four stood up from his original kneeling position

"In order to impress him, why don't the two of you go die for me"

A dangerous smirk climbed its way up to his lips, his eyes glowed in crimson, his breathing became heavier than ever, he has lost his mind

Next second, the demon that was supposedly 10 metres away from me, appearing right in front of me

"Y/N WATCH OUT"

My breath hitched in disbelief as my body reacted instantly

I managed to block his claws from piercing through me, barely though, his power increased so much that I struggle to push him away from me

Obanai quickly came to assist, he leaps forward decreasing the distance between him and the demon within a blink of eye
