15: Love and Hearts

Today was Valentine's Day.
Personally one of the worst days to go outside. Normally you'd spend Valentine's Day alone, But this year you had something else in mind...

Your friends were always busy on this day. And today all your human friends were busy.

All your HUMAN Friends. There were two... Special.. Friends.. That you really wanted to spend the day with. And you knew they wouldn't be busy.

See, The plex is closed today, given the amount of employees taking off to spend today with their lovers, You don't have any lovers. And the two friends you were thinking about, Didn't ether.....hopefully.

BEEP BEEP BEEP!

Of course you hated getting up right away, Today you set an alarm for 5:10am.

You got in the shower right away, Then put on a Sun and Moon outfit that Maddie personally made you. For this specific day.

Brushing your teeth, and putting your hair up, You put on SOME makeup and by then it was 5:55am.

Locking your house door behind you, You make your way to a shop. Getting there, You bought Sun yellow morning flowers, And a golden Sun charm bracelet, But instead of string, It was a yellow ribbon.

For Moon you got the same kind of bracelet, But a purple ribbon and a sliver Crescent moon charm. And dark lilacs and purple Nightingale flowers.

You also got another bracelet for yourself. it had a dark orange ribbon, and a combination of the moon and sun charms.

You walked into the plex with a huge smile. The bracelets carefully wrapped up, and the two batches of flowers hiding behind you.

It's just a very friendly act! It's not like I did all this because I like-like them! COMEON. Don't think of it that way! It's only been 6 months...!

You wanted to be quiet while doing this, So you very quietly creak the door open. Leaving it about a foot open, you slip through and close the giant door.

Taking the darkness into consideration, You place Sunnys Gift beside the door.
Moon was a very unexpecting person. You could never know what he's up to, Where he is, Or what his mood is.

So you tried to stay as quiet as possible.
"Why are you here Y/n..?" You hear a deep voice growl from behind you.

"Ack! Moon! Why do you ALWAYS sneak up on me?" You accuse with a pout.
Completely ignoring you, He speaks up again, "You should go home. Don't you know there isn't work for you today..?" He slowly walked around you. Giving you a slight feeling of unease. In order to hide the gifts, you turn around to stay facing him.

"I.. didn't want to be alone today..." before you said anymore, Moon stops, Crouching beside you.
"Alone..?" He hissed. "You don't have anything planned today Y/n?"

"Why would I...?"
He watched you for a second, examining your figure. "What do you want." He asked in a demeaning manner.

You pulled out the small box with the bracelet, And the flowers aswell. He looked at them with shock, disbelief, and confusion. "I want to give you these!... Everyone should get something for Valentine's Day!"

He just stared at them. Still completely surprised. Then he looked up at you with a slight frown.
You gave a small smile. Then placed down the gifts and gave him a small hug.
"I'll.... leave them here for you..!"

Then you walk out. Taking Suns gifts. Moon watched you on your way out, but you didn't mind.

You waited till 11am. This is when the lights defaults to on. And you didn't want to turn the lights on infront of Moon. That would be just... Rude.

Walking in, Again. This time putting the gifts in a cardboard bag. "Sunny~? Good morning!"
"Y/n..! Wait.. What are you doing here friend?" Sun runs up to you. Crouching down to your level.

Why do they keep asking that question??

"Well, It's Valentine's Day! You shouldn't spend it alone!" Sunny looked at you in shock. "You don't have any plans?"
...Do they both think I do?

You let out a sigh. "No. Sun. I do NOT have any plans."
"....Sorry If I upsetted you Y/n! I just... thought you would.."
"I.. did get you something.."

Now this caught him off guard.
"Wha-? But- Y/n! I didn't get you anything! I'm sorry!"

"It's fine! I don't need something from you.. I just want you to know that I do care!" You set the bag infront of you.
"I got you two things!" You pull out the flowers first.

"They're Beautiful Y/n!" A giant smile crosses his face. He waves around his hands a bit, before giving you a giant hug. You easily return it. Before taking out the small box.

"I got you a small bracelet to match the rest of your outfit!"

"Thank you SO much Y/n! It's so pretty!"

Of course. Anything for you two.
