Chapter 14: You're a Real Dork

They sat there in bed and watched Spider-Man, Hinata getting up every once in awhile to throw up. Kageyama spooned him every time he came back and let him go every time he squirmed. Hinata finally fell asleep in Kageyama's arms. Kageyama, relieved, left gentle kisses on the smaller boys neck, careful to not wake him. He hummed to himself and ran his fingers through Hinata's soft hair. He laid next to him peacefully until suddenly he realized he hadn't heard Hinata take a breath in awhile.

"Shoyo?"

He gently shook him. Nothing.

"Shoyo?!"

He put his ear up to his mouth, he heard nothing. Tears sprung out of his eyes.

"SHOYO WAKE UP!"

He aggressively shook the boy, he still didn't wake up. At this point he called 9-1-1. An ambulance showed up and took him to the hospital immediately. Kageyama got in his car and followed behind, still sobbing.

Once he arrived he watched as doctors surrounded his boyfriend. Hinata was now awake, thrashing around and screaming in the hospital bed. Kageyama walked up and squeezed through the doctors. He held Hinata's face.

"Hey! It's okay!"

"ITS NOT OKAY! IM SCARED!"

"Sho, it's okay."

Hinata looked into his lovers eyes, both of them filled with tears. Kageyama climbed into the hospital bed with him and placed him on his lap, allowing the doctors to finish up. Once the doctors left they had to wait a while to find out what happened. Kageyama kissed all over Hinata, glad he was okay. Hinata giggled and wiped off his kisses, Kageyama placing a new one every time. Deep down he was actually really fucking worried. What had happened? Why did he pass out? He wanted answers. But he kept his composure so the smaller boy would too. He grabbed his face and gave him a kiss, gently sliding his tongue into his mouth. Hinata kissed back, missing the feeling. He immediately pulled away though.

"You're gonna get sick Tobio!"

"Ill be fineeee"

He grabbed his face but a doctor walked in, he quickly pulled away.

"Mr. Hinata when was the last time you drank water?"

"Um- I think like two days ago- thats not good- I forgot to drink fluids, is that what was wrong?"

"Yes sir. You're free to go home, just drink fluids and you'll be alright." The doctor smiled and gave them a little wave as he left. Kageyama picked Hinata up by his thighs and carried him to the car.

"I can walk yknowwww"

"Nuh uh"

"Yes I can!" He squirmed in his arms.

Kageyama put him down and placed a kiss on his forehead.

"You're a real dork Shoyo, yknow that?"

"Hey!"
