— you came across this book? oh, well you found a good one. I hope your day is going well, whoever you are. If not, just the know the storm will pass over! My name is liv, and I have a deep passion for music; listening to it, really. I grew up listening to a wide variety of it, as my parents had quite the taste. My moms is big on 70s and 80s soul music, and my pops is a straight Rastafarian. My grandmother has collected classic vinyls for the 4 decades that I've listened to over and over, and my brother...he keeps me updated on all the international underground music that I have yet to hear of.
So, I bet you can only imagine to what I've heard across the board.
— if you've been looking to expand your music taste, then this is the place for you! in this book, i will provide and give music suggestions, and put you on to some dope ass artists. NOT ONLY THAT, but I'll be happy to take requests of different music from you guys and give reviews on what i think! I predominantly listen to neo soul and r&b, but I'm most certainly open to listening to more beyond that. I'll do this for albums, artists themselves, etc. and music isn't just the limit. if there's tv shows or movies that you would like a review on, or just want to talk about...I'll make it happen!
— all that I ask is for everyone to keep an open mind and be respectful. It's okay to agree to disagree, and have open end discussion. Everyone is a slightly problematic in their own way, or has had a bump in their career. I will separate artists from their art. But if their behavior outside of the art overshadows their art in my eye, don't expect much for me say!
