Chapter 2

As soon as we start the movie I find Ash fallen asleep in my arms. I'm just gazing at how beautiful she looks even in her sleep. She's everything to me and I won't ever lose her. Never. I don't even notice that my phone is ringing until her eyes are wide open and I can see her staring at me thinking that I'm the craziest guy around.

"What ?" I ask.

"Your phone is ringing Adam."

She says in the most sleepy voice ever.

"Oh. Sorry I got that and now go back to your sleep Ash."

I grab my phone to realize that my mom has been calling trice now.

"Hey mom."

"Are you insane ? It's 11 and you're not even answering your phone Adam." She shouts through the phone. I guess I just lost my ears.

"Calm down Hanny I'll be back now. I'm fine don't worry mom."

"Now Adam."

"Okay."

"I got to go Ash." I say even though I know that she's half asleep now so I just kiss her forehead and grab my keys as I run to my car. Tbh my mom is a freak when she get worried or pissed.

I start my day by passing to a coffee shop to get some coffee before college. My day is stuffed by lectures and classes, but my professors are better than I expected.

"Adam?" Someone knocks me out of my thoughts.

"Julie right ?" I ask the blonde young lady.

"Yes it's me. We met yesterday."

"Oh yes we were lost." I laugh.

"So how is college with you?"

"Well it has only been two days tbh but it's boring somehow. What do you think?"

"Adam we're doctors to be so of course it'll be boring but it will be worth it in the end." She says in the most confident tone.

"Hahaha maybe. Well what will you do now?"

"I just finished. I'm free now what about you Adam ?"

"Same here."

"So would you like to go to the cafeteria out there ?" I add.

"Yes sure it would be nice." She says as we start walking.

This girl is really beautiful and friendly too. I wonder where her friends are. Oh I don't have any friends either. I'm a medi student what was I thinking ? Anyway she might be a good start to have friends. Honestly, this girl Julie is too cool to be a medi student. I laugh at my thoughts.

"Adam. Here's my best friend Dylan." She points at the blue eyed guy standing next to her.

"I'm Adam."

"Nice to meet you Adam."

"Nice to meet you too."

"Let's have a seat guys." She adds.

We order some coffee and muffins as they start chatting about college stuff. I should text Ashley.

*Is my girl out of school yet ?* I send her a text that I'm not sure if she'll answer immediately or not.

*I miss you Adam. Yes I'm out of my school and I'm going to Harry's to get some stuff.*

She answers my thoughts. Who's even this Harry guy that my girlfriend is going to see ?

* Who's Harry ash?*

*He's my classmate and I'm going to borrow some chemistry notes for the test.*

*Okay baby girl*

"Why don't you join our chat Adam ?" Julie gets my attention.

"Sorry, I was texting my girlfriend Ash."

"Her name is Ash?"

"No no her name is Ashley." I clarify.

"Oh okay. Tell her I say hi." She smiles.

"Sure I will."

...

"Mom." I say as soon as I get in.

"Here Adam. The kitchen."

"Hey how is it going with you at college ?"

"It's okay mom it turns to be boring but it's fine I'll get to know some people there in the coming days."

"I hope so Adam. By the way my student Mike asked me if I could give him extra classes."

"And ?" I say puzzled.

"He'll come by after school some days so I could re-explain some stuff."

"Okay but who's mike ?"

"He's in Ashley's class."

"So he's a senior ?"

"Yes he is."

"Okay anyway I'll go take a nap."

"Okay honey I'll wake you up as soon as dinner is ready."

I dismiss Hanny and head upstairs to my bedroom. I'm really tired to be awake now...
