I mashed my hands together evilly while calculating my fastest escape rout. I was currently waiting outside the boys locker room,

Before you get all weirded out let me explain! Christian and I had set a full-on prank war and it was my time to strike, it had been weeks since we had set the prank war and he hadn't bothered to take action, so I guess I'd kick things off with a bloody big bang.

I lent against the wall, casually checking my phone and hiding my face from view of the sweaty boys,

Gross boy funk.

I waited until the familiar stench of sweat with a hint of freshly cooked brownies and mint met my nostrils, indicating Christian had just walked past into the change rooms too.

Here we go

Mwahahahaha!

After a few minutes of waiting, low screams came from inside the change room and dozens of boys came out drenched in pink goo. Not my most original prank but hey, it was funny and hell. After some of the boys scattered out towards the other change rooms, across the field, Christian came out and I could barely see his eyes, he turned to me and wipe some of his mouth

"Nice" he complimented and I replied with movie villain laugh and bolted back to the school building.

Upon entering I heard Vicky's yells for people to stop and groans of pain.

You've got to be fucking kidding me!

Rushing over and pushing towards the crowd, I saw Harrison on the floor being repetitively kicked and being called words hateful towards gays. Vicky was being held back by two guys and tears were constantly streaming down her face, walking angrily up to the asshole kicking my friend, I slapped him in the back of the head. Hard.

Cue the gasps

He snapped around almost instantaneously and his eyes grew double in size. I may have only been here for a few months but man, did I scare the shit out of people. Goes to show how quickly people can label you.

"Does it really not sink into to you bastards to leave my friends alone" I snapped and he flinched back at the tone of my voice, to be honest. I didn't like being this way, I wanted to be the shy, innocent new girl that everyone wanted to be friends with, but if protecting my friends from assholes that had tormented them for their whole lives then I would be the scary bodyguard and have everyone afraid of me

"I-I w-was-I" he stuttered out, staggering back into the crowd

"If you guys really are that afraid then leave them the fuck alone and we won't have a problem" I explained, running my hands down my face and helping Harry up "Come on Vicky" I smiled at Vicky and the boys released her

Walking down the hall, Vicky assisting me with helping a close to unconscious Harry, she peaked out from Harry's hanging head and smiled largely

"Thank you so much for everything, Abby. Your everything I could ask for in a best friend and more, I'm sorry for getting you a reputation"

"Don't thank me. You guys are more important than reputation, those judgmental assholes can eat each others shit" I smiled back, Harry erupted in groans of pain and we halted to rest him on the floor. Placing him he rested his hand on his stomach and let out whispering sobs, rubbing his arms gently, Vicky and I attempted to calm him down but his cries just grew louder

"My da-ad won't even lo-ok at me, my mother tries to support me but I can see disapproval all over her face, my friends left and became the reason my l-life isn't worth living. I don't want to be l-like this!" He screamed, resting his hands in his hands.
