Concept : Event/Competition

What you need to do :

Make a crystal lantern that looks like this

It can be any shape once the festival/event/competition starts and once it starts you can use magic or tools for shaping it and carving it,
And once your done-once everyone is done they will let it Float by using a wind magic that last for infinite timeline an once it reach the end of the sky it will stay like that forever...as a reminder and star for people to see..

The necklace chooses its owner by how they made there crystal lantern and if it doesn't choose any it means they didn't do what ever the color of the necklaces means..

Time start of the festival/event/competition :
After two days(two chapter) and at 7: 00am and the time for designing and shaping, carving the crystal Lantern will end at 4:20pm the party starts after who ever wins.

End time of the Festival/event/competition :
At 12:30am after the party
