Chapter 18

STILL LENNY'S POV

"You're kidding me, right?" At that moment nurse came out and yelled "Doctor, you need to come back, now!" So the doctor went back in the room. Susan passed out, I crashed down. Lily and Solo came to Susan and Steven to help them. Other sit on the ground, like me. John came to me, he was just sitting there, speechless. Well, it's not like anyone had to say something. I thought I'm going to die. Everything inside me died already. I had hope that she's maybe alive, but what if they really lost her, what if she's really...gone? Doctor came out again. He said "Cheer up people, she's alive!" I stood up and said "Are you serious? She's okay? What happened few minutes ago then?" Doctor said "We thought she's dead, but apparently she's back!" We all started hugging and screaming because we were so happy. Susan came to me and said "She won't ever leave us" I hugged her.

After one hour doctor said I can go and see Lisa. I said "Susan, do you want to come in maybe?" She said "No, it's okay, you can go first" When I came in Lisa was awake. I sat by her and kissed her on the forehead, then I hugged her softly. I asked "Are you okay honey?  You scared us so much!" She smiled and said "Yeah, I am, thank you for being there" Nurse said "Her wound isn't deep, but somehow she lost much blood because of the... You can't understand that. Anyways, she will be okay in a few days. But she will have to rest because of wound, of course" Lisa said "Woo, I'm happy to hear that" And I added "I'm even happier" She smiled and then her smile disappeared. I said "Is everything okay?" She looked at the side and said "Len, I'm tired..." I said "You can sleep honey, I will leave if you want" She took my hand and said "I'm tired of this... Of everything. I think I will go to Italy with Susan and Steven and stay there for 2 weeks at least. I need to think about everything. I need time. I don't know..." I looked at the ground, my stomach turned. I felt pain in my chest and I said "I don't know what to say, Lisa. Just don't say you want to break up" She smiled and said "No, honey... I don't want to leave you, I love you. I just need to think about this, it's hard, you know" I said "Okay then... I'll tell Susan to come in" I stood up and left the room.

"Hey, Susan, you can go in, she's fine" I sat on the chair and focused my view on the wall. Emman sat by me and asked "Hey, bro, are you okay? Is Lisa okay?" I said simply "Yes" Emman said "Yes for what? Tell me, what's wrong?" I said "Everything is fine, don't worry" After few moments Susan came out and said "Guys, next week we're leaving to Italy. We'll stay there for 2 weeks maybe. Lisa wanted to go. All I want is you to understand her..." I stood up and left the waiting room. John came to me and said "Will you tell me what's wrong? You have to respect Lisa's decision!" We sat on the bench, outside. I said "John, she will leave me" He was confused and said "What, why would she?" I repeated "She will leave me" John stood in front of me and screamed "What is happening with you?! Are you crazy or something?! Calm down! She won't leave you, holy shit! I can't even, oh my Gosh!" I remained silent. John came back on the bench and said "Lenny, sorry, but really... She will be here one more week and you have to be there for her. You have to show her that you'll always be there, no matter what. Even if she leaves you, show her that you're there. You need to show her that you truly love her and care about her" I smiled and said "Thank you, bro. Let's go back inside, I want to spend this whole week with her!"

LISA'S POV

After one week I was almost fully recovered. Susan, Steven and I were preparing for our trip. Actually, only thing left was saying goodbye to the boys and Lily. When I finished that, Lenny told me "Take care, and don't forget, I love you. Call me when you get there, okay?" I said "Okay, honey" and kissed him on the lips last time.

After long flight we finally arrived. I was sleeping in the car while we were driving to Steven's beach house. The house was so pretty, with huge pool and garden, and the most beautiful view I've ever seen! Steven said there's one boy named Carlo, he's living in the house next door and that maybe I could meet him. I said that I will maybe. But actually I wanted to spend these days alone. I changed my clothes and headed to the beach. I saw one boy in a little boat, he was fishing or something. I sat near the water, on the sand, and I threw small stones in the water. Suddenly, someone sat by me, I turned to see who it was, it was that boy who I saw recently. He said "Hi, I'm Diego, and you are...?" He smiled so pretty, he actually was beautiful. He had black curly hair, black eyes and clean face. And there was a fact that he was shirtless, but I can say that Lenny has better muscles. Anyway I smiled back and said "I'm Lisa, nice to meet you" He asked "Are you Steven's friend or? I saw that you just arrived in that house" he pointed at Steven's house behind us. I said "Yes, Susan is my aunt, so we came here for... a holiday, yes" I didn't want to talk with him about reasons why I came here with them. He looked at my eyes and smiled again, he said "Oh, I see" I said "You see what?" He started laughing and said "I think there's something more what you don't want to talk about" I smiled and said "Yes, actually, it's not important" He stood up, gave me his hand and said "Shall we walk by the beach?" I gave him my hand and stood up, saying "Sure" While we were walking, I tripped on a rock, before I managed to fall he caught my arm and prevented my fall. As I turned towards him, he said "Be careful" I smiled and we continued walking. I asked him "How old are you?" He said "17, and you?" I said "Yeah, me too" He kept smiling, which made me think about Lenny even more, I don't know why. Then I remembered that I didn't send a message to Lenny when we arrived, and I didn't have my phone with me at that moment. I said to Diego "Sorry, I need to go back and take my phone, I forgot to tell to my boyfriend that I arrived" He's smile disappeared and he said "Oh, okay, sure" As we were heading back, he wasn't talking at all, he wasn't even smiling. Like he was disappointed because I have a boyfriend. I asked "Do you have girlfriend?" He said simply "No" I looked at the ground and asked "Well, have you ever had a girlfriend?" He said "Yes, 3 months ago. She moved to Germany" I said "Oh, I'm sorry. But don't worry, you're pretty and kind, you'll find someone soon, I'm sure" He looked me in the eyes and said "You really think that?" I said "Yeah, of course" Then I realized that I shouldn't say that, but it was over now. When we arrived to Steven's house I said "Will you wait for me here?" He said "Sure I will, take your time"

I went in, Susan said "I see that you already have friend here! Nice, honey" I said "Yeah, it's Diego, I think that was the boy Steven was talking about" Steven added "I'm glad you met him" I took my phone and went back out, Diego was there waiting for me, again with a smile on his face. I sent message to Lenny "Hey Len, I arrived, everything is fine, don't worry. Take care, I love you. Say hi to everyone there xx" Diego and I continued walking and talking, then I saw that it's getting dark, so we headed back to our houses. Before I entered my house he kissed me on the cheek and said "Hope to see you tomorrow then, we had nice time" I said "Yes, goodnight"

When I entered in the house Steven said "Dinner is ready, join us" While we were eating I got a message from Lenny, it said "Hey Lisa, I'm glad everything is okay, do you have internet there? Maybe we could talk over skype or something" I asked Steven if we have internet, he said that we have and showed me where the laptop is so I can use it later. When we finished dinner, I took laptop and went upstairs to my room. I was on the balcony, I got online and called Lenny. We were talking for awhile, my heart was beating fast which meant that I already miss him and that I actually feel true love...

Before I fell asleep, I said to myself "You do love him, Lisa. You can't let anyone to fit between you two" I was looking at mine and Lenny's picture, that's how I fell asleep.
