chapter 2

Present time 3 years later

"sumu you really should get some rest"

I slowly open my eye's, looking up to see kita "I'm fine kita san"

"no your not you have to get some rest, I'll handle things at the bar don't you worry"

I smiled gratefully at him and mouthed "thanks" and I stood up to head home

"don't forget your award atsumu"

"yeah yeah"

I just won yet another award, I'm one of the most talented designers out there and the ceo of my own company, I also got un invitation to paris to attend a party that they host every year but this year I'm joining

And I'm also visiting a friend there

Yaku is the one hosting this year and I'm excited to see him

And kawa of Course 

I got in my car and started to drive off and when I got back to my home I found a car

Not my car that's for sure, is someone here? I didn't know I had guess

"hey Richard who's car is this?" I ask my security

"that's a gift from mr sakusa sir, he said congratulations on your win again" I sigh

He always gave me something after every award I got, a congratulation gift he said

To be honest I don't need it and I already have my own car anyways

"please tell mr sakusa that I say my thankyou" and with that I got inside my house

Ughh my heat is coming tomorrow and I'm not excited, the event is still in a few weeks so I have time to prepare myself

I touched my neck where there are two dots, yeah my bond ... with him

I don't know why I keep touching it, it helps me relax I guess

And a sound from my phone inturept my thoughts

My dad is calling, he hasn't call me in a long time

I took a deep breath and answer "hello?"

"I heard you got invited to the party at paris this year"

"I always got invited, but I simply didn't want to join"

"well are you going to join this year?"

"are you sure your going to be okey atsu-"

"I don't know why your so concern but I'm going to fine, besides why would I not?"

"if that's all I'm hanging up"

And with that I hung up

Time skip

I'm all packed and ready to go

I'm currently waiting for my driver to pick me up to go to the airport, I have my heat pills my phone my charger my glasses and I feel like that's it

I walked inside the car

"goodmorning sir atsumu"

"goodmorning Richard, take me to the airport please"

"as you wish"

A couple of minutes later

"thanks Richard"

"have an amazing trip"

"will do"

I walked in and do all the necessary things that I have to do, I show her my first class ticket and she let me in

I should've just use my private jet but too late for that

I can smell a lot of alpha's and omega's here ... it feels suffocating

I put on my mask and waited, and about 15 minutes later I'm boarding

When I found my seat I instantly fell into it, it feels nice and I'm very tired right now I could use some sleep

There's no need explanation I just slept the entire way there

Time skip to paris

I went inside my hotel and started to get ready, I have at least 3 hours before the party starts

I have suit ready and everything.

I need to get a drink after this party

Ding dong

"huh who could that be?" I thought as I walk into my door, I slowly open it and to my surprise I found kawa there standing holding a cake

" HEYY BITCHHH CONGRATULATION ON YOUR AWARDS THIS YEARR, NEVER BEEN MORE PROUD OF YOU" kawa said

I'm about to cry

"thankyou kawa, and you didn't have to"

"no no no I insist, and this is your first time visiting me to paris anyways"

"and yaku kawa"

"yes and him, sooo are you getting ready?"

"as you can tell I am getting ready"

"I'm getting ready with you just sayin" he say with his sassy tone

"of course you are kawa" I then chuckled

"LET'S DO THIS THING BITCHHH"

"okey okey slowdown kawa"

And with that we got ready

At the party

I walked in to yaku's huge mansion and was about to go to the bathroom real quick but soon I feel a sharp pain on my neck

I gasped, and for some reason I had the urge to turn around for no reason

The smell ... it smells so familiar

The pain in my neck is really painful it almost felt like something was cutting me alive

Then I turn around to see ...

Him

Sakusa kiyoomi looking at me with his eye's that I miss terribly

He is holding his neck too, he looked in pain as well but I didn't realise he had ... an omega by his side holding his hand

My eye's started to water as I saw the scene that is happening in front of me and somehow the pain got worse

I gasp trying to keep my breathing steady while sakusa is doing the same

I quickly ran out, not giving a single fuck about him that was calling out my name

The pain slowly vanish and I am sobbing

I don't know what's more painful

The pain on my neck or sakusa

"this was a mistake" I mumble to myself and with that I cried
