16. The night escape...

25th December, past midnight.

•Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ•

When Jungkook was sure enough that everyone was busy doing something and would not notice the absence. He took the opportunity and pulls jimin out from where all the others were, hurriedly going outside. 

"Kookie? Is something wrong? why did you pull me out? do you need anything?" Jimin asked.

"Nothing's wrong Minnie. But it's time now, so let's go!" Jungkook said smiling brightly.

"Time for what kookie? and where do we need to do?" Jimin asked, confused.

Jungkook frowns at that,

"babe did you forget, I wanted to bring you somewhere and you agreed to accompany me there! how can you forget about it?"

"Oh, that! no no, I didn't forget about it... Just didn't get it first"

Jimin implied, holding his hand as he smiles at him.

"Now, We can go!"

Jungkook and Jimin drove in a car with a driver to where Jungkook wanted to take Jimin.

"We are finally here and that is also before time! let's go, baby, we will be late or else!"

Jungkook hurried to get out of the car followed by a clueless Jimin.

"Baby.. why are we here... It's so dark out here... I am kind of scared now kookie..." he said holding tightly onto kook's hand

Because truly, it was dark as they were standing in nowhere particular. Just some rarely used road which had some trees on the sidelines which were denser than they appeared, under the moonlight. There was not into a single lamplight there. 

Nobody would think such a part even exists in Seoul but here they were standing. One who was smiling thinking of the reason he wanted to be here. While the other was gulping as he took in his surrounding, thinking how it looked like something that came out of a horror movie.

"Don't be scared babe... and just be with me, follow me and don't let go of my hand okay? I won't leave you alone." 

Jungkook said as he started making his way through the trees, pulling Jimin with him too. 

It made Jimin realize one thing, It certainly was not just a bunch of trees but a whole forest that they were heading into. did he want to do? A firm No! did he want to say that to jungkook? of course not! did he just jungkook though? Hell yes! so was he following him? it was no way it could be a no... 

So here he was silently praying for their safety as he willing let the younger to pull him along. another thing that he notice was there was sort of a way that they were walking through and not just walking along anywhere, fearing of getting lost later. 

After some time of walking through the trees, they finally reached to a place that left him utterly speechless... There in front of them was a vast open land from where they could see the clear sky shining with stars.

"Wahh!! This is so beautiful kookie!"
Jimin exclaimed mesmerized by the view in front of him.

Suddenly a meteor shower started in front of them making Jimin gasped. he had never seen something so amazingly beautiful ever before that he Failed to notice Jungkook, until he called him. 

There jungkook was right in front of him on his knees, looking straight at him as he held a beautiful pair of rings in front of him. This site has left jimin utterly speechless. What was he even supposed to think? Never even in his dream, he would have thought this day would come so soon! 

"Minnie, My love..."

"Kookie, wh-what are you do-doing?" Jimin had tears in his eyes, already having the idea of what was happening.

"Baby, I love you... And so I want our relationship to take a step further... I know it is all so fast... but when you said that day... that being early is better than being later... I thought about it and decided to get us these rings... 

as a promise to return as a promise that you only belong to me and I belong to you... and no one can even dare to look at you when I am not around... as a promise of our trust, as a sign of our love and as a symbol of our relationship... also a way to remember the few days we spend together until I come back to you... so would you let me seal the promises and let me put this ring on you?...." 

Jungkook said everything he wanted to say, sincerely from his heart.

Tears were rolling down Jimin's cheeks, happy tears that he didn't bother controlling or even wiping it out. Letting it flow as he extended his hand happily, for kook.

Jungkook smiles brightly taking his hand and gently sliding the ring on his finger.

"Thank you for coming into my life and making it so special... I will always and forever love you and trust you no matter what..."

He says pecking his knuckles before letting go of his hand as he stood up.

Jimin too takes the other ring and slides it on jungkook.

"I love you too kookie... thank you for everything... I will never forget about this moment... thank you so much for loving me... you made my life so meaningful... I am so happy being with you kookie... 

I just want us to be forever... without you, there is no meaning to my life... it's all because of you... ever since I first met you, I have been so happy because of you... you are the cause of all of my emotions and feelings that I feel, ever since I met you... Thank you for existing for me kookie... "

With that, they share a sweet, soft kiss... filled with the love they feel for one another.

After some while when the shower was over, they went back home and join the party again... without being noticed for their absences. 

Soon the party ended and everyone went to their rooms to sleep, right after all the guest took their leave too. Jungkook went to sleep with Jimin as it would be their last night together.

Jimin was becoming more and more sad as time was passing by. And the time when Jungkook would have to leave and go back to his home was coming near. But he tried to spend his every second with him, so that there won't be any regret when he goes back, of course, it can never be enough but he will have to make do with it.

they slept cuddling close to each other. Jungkook was crying internally, he didn't want to leave his cute angel-like boyfriend here and go home. But h didn't have more of a choice, he knew he had to go anyways.
