We went to the church and we spent our Sunday well. a blessed sunday indeed. "Woooh! I feel so great" I said.
"Yeah, that's why you're blooming" he said naman so I rolled my eyes.
"The climate really changes na talaga, it's cold nanaman oh! earlier it's hot but now? uh! I don't know what's happening right now" usal ko when I look around.
Simon wouldn't let me drive because I'm wearing dress daw, well, it's fine lang naman. we ate at the restaurant and of course go shopping...but for now? window shopping muna. baka magalit si Daddy sa akin.
While we're walking around the mall there's someone na tumawag kay Simon, so we stopped walking for a while. "Wait, let me take this call from my mom" he said. "Hello mom, how are you? good, yeah...what? really?" he asked his mom and raised his eyebrows and looks at me pa. I looks at him like saying na 'wala akong kasalanan'
He sighed and massaged his forehead. "Is that so? o-okay, okay, you wanna talk to her?" Simon asked his mom again. "V, mom wants to talk to you" Simon whispered to me.
"M-Me? why?" I asked him.
"Now I know why you asked the address of Malacañang huh" he sighed.
"W-What?" I act innocent, maybe his mom told Simon na I gave her a gift!
"Here she is mom" usal ni Simon and he gave me his phone.
"H-Hello Tita?" I said and a bit kabado pa!
"Hija! thanks for giving me such a wonderful and expensive gift, I don't know how to thank you" she said and I bit my lips and kabadong tumingin kay Simon na seryoso at medyo inis sa akin.
"Y-You're welcome Tita...uh--" I don't know how to act towards her, natatakot ako kay Simon!
"Thank you hija! I like your gift but you don't need to buy such as expensive as this one oh...it's so imeldific!" Tita said and I really don't know what to say!
"Bagay po kasi sa inyo ang red birkin na yan po--" I tried to speak tagalog fluently but I'm still so, so kabado. "You're more ostentatiously extravagant than that po Tita...hehe" I said that pa and she smiled.
"Awe! Thank you hija! I hope to meet you soon, kailan ka ba iiintroduce ni Simon sa amin? he told us na friends lang daw kayo, sayang naman kung hanggang doon lang" Tita said and nagtataka akong tumingin ksa seryosong si Simon.
"What?" he whispered, still seryoso.
"You're so sweet and generous hija, if you go home here visit us okay? para mapasalamatan kita ng personal...well, I guess busy kayo ni Simon sa date? date ba or..."
"Uh, actually we're walking around the mall lang po" I replied. "As a friend" I added.
"You're nice naman, sure kang friend? hmmm?" Tita asked. I'm wishing of more than that Tita but your son didn't like me...
"Y-Yes, Tita of course" sagot ko
"Hmm, okay! enjoy your day guys and stay safe okay? knowing my son, alam kong aalagaan ka niyan Venice, thanks for the gift again and...meet tayo pag uwi mo okay?" she said and I smiled.
"Okay Tita, take care, and I love you po" I said.
"You're so sweet hija, love you too...okay, let me talk to Simon na" I gave the phone to Simon and nagpaalam lang siya sa mom niya.
Simon let out a heavy sigh before looking at me. I act kawawa, because I know that he'll gonna get mad at me cause I spent a hundred thousand bucks for my gift to his mom.
