This was now apart of your routine when he came around.

When Tsukishima arrives:
Step 1: stand in the kitchen for about 20 minutes
Step 2: both walk into the living room and sit on opposite ends of the couch
Step 3: slowly edge closer to eachother throughout the night
Step 4: get food
Step 5: eat the food until one of you falls asleep on the other ones shoulder

And just like every time you guys hang out, the exact same thing happened, you threw yourself against one end of the couch whilst he sat on the other end. You had several blankets and he was just left in his normal clothes, as he got dressed expecting to go out. Neither of you said anything for a good 3 minutes then he spoke up.

"So if we have to isolate for 10 days...together, what are we doing about your parents? And what are we doing about me sleeping?" He asked

You hadn't even thought about it. Well you'd call your parents later to tell them, they'd go stay somewhere else for the isolation period, and then he could stay in the living room or parents room?

"Well...you could stay down here, or in my parents room it's up to you, they won't want to be here since they are terrified of covid. So it's up to you really!!" You replied "if you get lonely, I'll sleep down here with you aswell!"

"Well, that's good, we'll be alone for 10 days, even better." He said sarcastically. "Don't take it like that, I know that look all too well."

He already knew you were sat slightly smirking, whilst holding back a laugh. "Oi, I was not doing that face. It was just funny okay?" You retorted

"Yeah yeah whatever." He replied, the two of you laughed a little before turning on the TV to binge watch the show you two had started.

By the time you had watched 6 episodes, it was already midday, and you were practically on top of each other. "I swear, why don't we just like sit on each other at this point, we're practically at that point already," you said nonchalantly

"That's a terrible idea. I'm like 6'2 and I'd crush you," he replied, looking at you and scowling playfully.

"Shush, just cause you're tall, doesn't mean anything," you said back laughing into his shoulder. "I just had a brilliant idea!!"

"Oh jeez here we go" Tsukishima said, fearing what you would say as your ideas never went well.

"What if...we started an isolation video journal!!! So we record bits of our day and like catch the other person off guard, so at the end of the 10 days we have a tracker of how it went!!" You said excitedly, "and we can splice it all together to look back at in like 20 years!!"

"That is the most stupid idea you've ever come out with." He replied.

He didn't think it was a stupid idea. He liked the idea, it was cute. He thought it was cute. He imagined looking back at it when the two of you were old and going grey, he chuckled at the idea and what you'd say in 50 years. It'd be something like "oh my goodness, do you remember that? That was so fun!! We wouldn't be able to do that now would we?"

"Whats so funny?" You asked, flicking his cheek

"1. That was rude. 2. Ouch. 3. Just thinking about what future you would say." He replied

"So you wanna do it!?" You exclaimed, "Oh my god I've e convinced Tsukishima Kei to do something for once!!"

"Jesus, if you keep going like this I won't do it." He said, looking at you, he realised that you were about 3 inches from his face as you were beaming.

"Fine fine but I'm just so excited!!" You said again. "I even found my camera which we can use!!! It'll be more authentic that way and it'll look all old and stuff!" You grabbed for it in a drawer and placed it onto the coffee table in the middle of the room.

"Oh my lord would you shut up now? The intense scene is starting and you're going to ruin it!!" He said, covering your mouth with his hand and pushing you gently backwards onto the couch.

You moved his hand away from your mouth, "Okay...I'm scared though, this has been hinted at for like episodes now, and what if he dies or something?" You whispered, instead of an answer. You got shushed and his hand back over your mouth.

You were watching intensely as the time passed, episode after episode passed and there was a lot of tears to say the least, you walked out of the room blubbering one time and came back with an entire roll of tissue which you snivelled your way through. Tsukishima had grabbed the camera and started recording as you came back from the bathroom, you just stood staring at him with tissue up to your nose, sniffling.

"Is that really how we're starting it off?" You sighed, covering the camera lense with your hand as you laughed your way through the tears. "Great start."

"That's a brilliant start..."
