Percy POV
All of us were all just waiting in the camp, just waiting for the next primalordial to come along and destroy us all, or at least try to. I was expecting something to explode but nothing came. The only question anyone had was: what were they waiting for? They outnumbered us ten to one, our barriers around the camp have been demolished by the last two attacks. What could they possibly get from waiting longer? In the meantime, our strategists were in the war room discussing the different possibilities that could have kept the enemy waiting. One, was that they were getting some kind of important soldiers that would make winning the war effort a lot easier, or two, they had a spy. It was a dilemma, we couldn't tell anyone beyond the situation room that there might be a spy, but at the same time, it might be hard to isolate the spy if no one suspected anything. However, our defenses continued to be backed up, Hades and the sons and daughters of Hades continued to raise more and more skeletons and ghouls out of the ground, making our force that much bigger. More and more cyclops and other kinds of troops came out of the ocean. Mermen marched out of the ocean. Kraken of assorted types wearing an insignia of a trident came crawling out on the beach. An assorted amount of crabs and other sea life came to help our defenses. Zeus summoned air spirits to help against any air force the enemies might have, and Unknown? He just seemed distant, not distant as in not paying attention, but like he didn't really feel like drilling his troops anymore, letting some of his officers take charge some of the time. I could tell, I went through the same thing. However, he still trained his troops most of the time, and the campers. Every day, he brought in more and more companies to his army. Expanding his already huge army. I don't think anyone doubted his loyalty, Zeus seemed fine with another powerful figure with a huge army serving in the camp, because he knew that Unknown respected authority, and would follow out Zeus's orders to quite an extent if need be. As weeks passed, I think that things became even more tense. Then finally, the attack came. However, it was something not expected. Erebus was with them, yes, that was regular. A primalordial with an army. However, no one expected who would be standing by his side.
