The feeling of someone gently running their fingers through his hair slowly brought Sapnap to the surface of consciousness. The hand slowly working its way through his hair like the bow of a ship cutting through waves. The digits were both bringing him closer to the surface and dragging him to the depths of slumber.

There's an ache in his neck as he finally decides to give in to the fingers strumming the strands of his hair. His right arm is draped over someone's waist and his left is wrapped around another.

Sapnap slightly lifts his head before he hears a hum from above him.

"G'morning."

"Morning Dream," Sapnap says through a yawn, his head lightly dropping back down to what he now recognized as Dreams lap.

He has to strain his neck to look up at Dream, the smile he sees on the blond's face is so bright that distracts him from the tenderness in his shoulders.

"How long have you been up?" Sapnap asks.

"Just a little, I wanted to wait for you two."

The younger then looks at George, it's definitely a sight he's glad to have seen.

George's lips are partly open, and Sapnap can see the slow and steady rise and fall of his chest if he looks close enough. He can also see Dream's arm is wrapped around George's shoulder, tracing small circles into his arm. Sapnap's arm is tucked around George's side, and his legs are splayed out on George's lap, then dipping off of the bed.

Somehow, Sapnap had gone almost completely sideways in his sleep since he'd only remembered falling asleep on George.

He only notices that the hand in his hair had stopped when it starts moving again, now knowing that it was Dreams. The feeling brought his eyes shut again as he snuggled closer into Dream.

"What time is it," he mumbles into Dreams shirt.

"It's probably 4 or something, we basically slept the whole afternoon," Dream says.

"I'm hungry Dreamie."

"Oh shut up," Dream softly chuckles, "I was gonna wait until George was up to make something. And then I figured that we could talk here since it's still raining."

"Talk about what? Oh. Never mind, yeah that's fine," Sapnap stumbles over his words, having forgotten that they were supposed to discuss what'd happened.

Why they fought that night and what happened with them all afterward. Why George and Sap had, for all that Dream knows, decided to separately meet up again and what they were going to do now.

The pair sit in comfortable silence as George shuffles beside them, eventually opening his eyes, a smile forms on Georges's face when he realizes where he is.

Sapnap is the first to speak, "Morning George."

"Morning," George yawns in reply.

"You're finally up Gogy," Dream smiles, "Now our day can finally start."

"Oh shut up", George grumbles, "How long have you guys been up?"

"Well, it was around 3 when I got woken up by your snoring," Dream teases, "but Sap has only been up for about an hour or so."

George groans and leans into Dreams' side, "You guys are the worst."

"We know," Sapnap says as he snuggles into his best friends.

A stretch of silence fills the room, the sound of Dreams heartbeat softly pounds against Sapnap's ear.

Well, the room is silent until Dream clears his throat. "We should probably make food."
