Bambi let out a bloodcurdling scream, feeling the cool edge of Jeff's knife sink into her back—piercing her flesh. Tears sprung free out of her eyes, her body soon began trembling becoming even more weaker than it already was before. She felt the wincing pain of that knife in her back at last. So painful, so excruciating...

In that moment, she saw her life just flash before her eyes. Bambi thought back to how this all started, how she even got here in the first place. Her once normal life turned upside down; into complete chaos once Jeff inserted himself into it. How he began to stalk her, threaten her, beat her and starved her. She was merely an empty shell of her former self. A small, weak person who has completely lost their mind. Lost their soul, even.

Yes, it all began as just stalking. Nothing more than that until that was the case when Jeff became more violent. His once empty threats to her were fulfilled once he snatched her away from her home. Away from her family.

Has anyone noticed she's been missing for so long now? Is anyone out there even looking for her? Are there at rewards for any information concerning her whereabouts? Any television advertisements? Anything at all?

Those thoughts have plagued her mind for the longest time now. At this point in her life, it's the only thing she could think about. Nothing else. She so desperately needed to know that answers. Every now and then, well whenever she had the guts that is, she would ask Jeff if there's anyone out right now looking for her. Her jumbled thoughts recalling that memory.

'Jeff, ever since you kidnapped me here...has anyone been looking for me?' Bambi asked him in a strained voice. Jeff turned his head towards her small figure, seated on the floor and chained up against her will. Jeff smiled at her, but didn't answer her right away. He debated with himself if he should tell her the truth or maybe, just maybe feed her a small little lie.

After a couple of minutes, he finally made up his mind. "Yes, actually...I saw a newspaper with a big lettering on the front page. Wanna know what it said?"  he asked her. He very much enjoyed seeing how her eyes grew wide, nodding her head hopelessly in hopes of finally getting an answer to her questions.

"It said on the front, 'Missing Person: Bambi' and it had a picture of you! It said it was offering a $20,000 reward for any information about you, doesn't that sound nice?"

Bambi let out a quiet cry of relief, a new found feeling of optimism filled her heart up. She felt more at ease, especially now that there is someone looking for her. In no time, she'll be rescued from this hellhole cabin. She'll finally be free! She cried to herself that day, a small smile on her lips had formed. It's only a matter of time before she's rescued from this living nightmare.

Jeff watched on as she cried aloud, hearing how she would talk to herself about being rescued from the cabin. Unbeknownst to her, Jeff knew something that she didn't. Instead of informing her of this, he kept this a secret from her and let her relish in her delusions.

The days went on and on for Bambi. Her once strong-willed mind deteriorated to that of despair. After telling herself so many times that she would be saved, she would come to realize that it was all lie. A lie spun by the killer that captured her in the first place.

After some weeks have past, she came to the realization that no one was really looking for her as Jeff originally claimed. She started to wonder if what he said was even true at all. But...she finally admitted defeat and no longer cared. Didn't care to even know if it was all a lie. Didn't care that he could kill her whenever he desired. She wished that he would do it already and for so long she hoped it would happen fast. She knew that once the day came, she'd be put out out of her misery. She would feel so happy once he did. She would feel so free!
