Daisy whipped her head around, looking in several directions to see where that killer could have went. She desperately searched each direction, hoping to run into him and shoot him with her handgun. She spent about 10 minutes looking and searching high and low. Soon, she came to the conclusion that he was really gone. He actually managed to get away.

Daisy dropped to her knees let out a scream of frustration. She had it. She had him right in front of her and she messed up big time. Vera's death could have been avenged had Daisy been a lot more quicker to act. Daisy completely underestimated the boy as he was very quick to react.

Daisy let out loud yells and screams as she failed her daughter for the second time. The first being that she sent her to her ultimate demise. Daisy balled her hands into fists, furiously clutching the handgun in her grasp. She had the chance to end the nightmare both she and [Y/N] were trying to escape from, yet she completely and utterly failed. She could feel her heart hurt of sadness as she recalled Jeff's words.

"Sucks that you had to bring [Y/N] along with you."

His words kept repeating inside Daisy's head. It's her fault. It's her fault like it's always been. Now, Jeff is going after her, [Y/N] and [Y/N]'s loved ones.

[Y/N] walked outside of the building towards where Daisy was. She caught glimpse of the look of anger mixed with frustration plastered over Daisy's face. Clearly distraught with the situation that just occurred, [Y/N] leaned down and pulled Daisy into a hug. In an instant, Daisy completely broke down in tears.

Her boutique shop was completely destroyed because of that maniac and both her and [Y/N]'s lives are in danger.

[Y/N] hugged Daisy tightly once she noticed how hard she was thinking. "It's gonna be alright. We're gonna get through this, okay? Don't let him get to you, Daisy. We're gonna bring him down once and for all."

Daisy wiped her tears away and nodded her head in agreement. "Yes, we certainly will. Even if it's the last thing I do."

They both pulled away and glanced at the destroyed boutique shop. The once beautiful and lively shop was now in ruin. All the glass was shattered into millions of small pieces. Seeing that image engraved into her head, Daisy thought if it was even worth trying to repair it.

"Maybe it might be best if I shut my boutique down." Daisy said quietly under her breath. For a moment, [Y/N] thought she misheard her. Closing down the shop? "Wait, what did you say? I didn't hear you." asked [Y/N].

"Oh, I was just saying that maybe I should close the shop down. It'll reduce the risk of so many lives lost. I don't want any other of my employees to be entangled into this mess that we're already in." Daisy said with a dry laugh.

Even though it wasn't what she wanted, it was the best course of action. Daisy really didn't want anyone else to be sucked into this mess. She's already got [Y/N] involved; involving even more people could be a disaster. The last thing she wants to happen is for someone to lose their life all because they know her.  It's like her existence is a stain to society.

She remembers all the good memories in her little shop. The wonderful days when she had her daughter, Vera, around to help with rush hours. She worked hard for years to get this boutique shop to where it was. Yet, here it was destroyed and tainted with nothing but awful memories. The memories of death.

Vera...Macy...now Daisy and [Y/N] could be next.

[Y/N] was infuriated at Jeff. She felt livid, she felt anger and fury. She felt a pang of sadness within her heart to see Daisy this way. Jeff took everything from her. He took her daughter, Vera, her husband and her small store. Now, here he was back again and this time with the nerve to taunt Daisy. He had the guts to even go further and destroy what she built.
