Chapter 15: Revenge (Part 2)

A/N Lol I just uploaded about 5 mins ago as I type this...This thing here right this moment... hmm.. wonder how much time is left in class. *Herobrine's POV*

I stood in front of the group of monsters, who were all staring at me. It had been two weeks since I had fought Notch and Steve, and the aftermath hadn't exactly been great. Katie was upset because I didn't use any of my powers, the monsters were shocked, and my face was pretty screwed up.

But now, I was going to get my REAL revenge. "Monsters of all kind", I began, "we are going to raid a village." They stared at me blankly. "But Herobrine, how are we supposed to raid a whole village?", a cave spider finally asked. "We can get some more recruits before tonight. And we all know that I'm stronger than all of you combined.", I said.

The cave spider sighed. "Well, I'm in, I guess." The other monsters nodded in agreement, saying that they would help (except most of the zombies, I doubt they even knew what was going on).

*midnight that night*

I stood in the forest in front of the town. We had split into four groups, one to attack each side of the town. There were two guards standing in front of the small wall that was there. I grabbed my bow, notching an arrow and sending it flying towards the left guard. It buried itself in the guards chest, and he slumped over. The other guard looked over, drawing his sword.

I jumped out from the bushes, slashing my sword, grinning as blood splattered over me. I turned towards the monsters, who were standing there watching in shock. "Let's go kill some mortals.", I snarled.

*about 30 minutes later*

I stabbed my sword into the chest of a random villager, then looked up to see Steve standing in front of me. His face was a mixture of disgust and terror. I flat-bladed him upside the head, chuckling as he fell to the ground. I kicked at him, and surprisingly, he got up, swinging a pickaxe at my head. It hit me, and I felt a sharp blow of pain shoot up my head and down my spine.

I spat out a string of curse words, slashing my sword at him. He tackled me, and we rolled down a hill kicking out at each other before stopping at the bottom. I stumbled to my feet, realizing he was nearly unconscious.

(A/N Several class periods later...)

I looked up to the top of the hill to see Notch and about 8 villagers limping away. I grabbed the back of Steve's shirt, about to walk in front of them. "Teleport.", Katie commanded. I closed my eyes, imagining being in front of the group of people. I heard gasps and opened them to see that I was now standing in front of Notch.

Notch stood there in front of me for a moment, silent. "Let him go.", he finally said, nodding towards Steve. "Oh, Steve? Nah.", I responded, grinning. "Please.", Notch said to me, looking at me with pleading eyes. I shook my head, then grabbed my sword, stabbing down at Steve. Notch's eyes widened as Steve let out one final breath before going silent. I pulled my sword out of Steve, putting it back in it's sheath.

Notch let out a cry of rage, lunging towards me. I swung a punch at him, and he fell to the ground. Another man ran towards me and I sent a fireball at him. He ran around screaming, flames engulfing him. A woman flung herself in front of me.

"Please! Please put the fire out!! I beg you!!", she cried. I glared at her, annoyed. She was ruining my fun. "Why should I do that?", I snarled. "I can't live without him..", she said, tears streaming down her face. I raised my eyebrow. "Can't live without him? Okay then.", I snickered. 

I pushed her, grinning wider as her body lit on fire. The two were running around screaming. Soon I had my head thrown back with laughter, laughter full of joy and insanity. Katie laughed along with me, so I knew that everything about this was okay.

By the time I had stopped laughing, the two bodies lay burning on the ground. I waved my hand, the fire going out. Gasps of terror and wails came from the group in front of me. Notch stumbled up in front of me. "Go ahead.", he rasped. "Kill me, you monster."

I narrowed my eyes. "No, I think I'll let you live, knowing you've lost everything." At that, I teleported in front of the rest of the monsters, turning to face them, grinning. I had finally got my revenge- but I wasn't done with the killing just yet.
