((A/N HIIIII! I just couldn't stay awayyyyy! I love my story <3 And I luf my Skittles even moreeee :) Enjoy!))
*Herobrine's POV*
I nodded at the cluster of pigmen as I walked down the hallway- no time to chat, there was word that a human had been spotted.
I turned into my wolf form, slipping silently out of the castle and into the beautiful Nether. I may have still been the same size as I was as a human in my wolf form, but I was much quieter- and who suspected a dog? I rolled my eyes as I spotted the mortal wandering around. Young, iron armor, a diamond sword- too easy.
I used several of my "scare tactics"; just simple fire starting and shadow moving. I turned back into my human form, adjusting the black cloak I had on, before letting the shadows around me dissolve away. The man looked up at me, his eyes glazed with fear and determination. He lifted his sword feebly, and I raised an eyebrow.
"Planning on fighting me?", I said in a crisp clear voice, a smirk fighting it's way into my lips. He took a shuddering breath before nodding. I shrugged, and took out my sword, starting a fireball in my other hand. "Suit yourself. You'd die either way."
The man froze, lowering his sword slightly. "No, wait, please.. I have a fiancé back in the Overworld; she's pregnant with my child!..", he pleaded. I shrugged. "So?" "And I.. I know where a Nether Portal is." My eyes widened for a moment, then went back to normal. Of course! Why hadn't I thought of this before? The people from the Overworld were getting here somehow; that was the answer.
A tilted my head, as if thinking. Of course I would make him show me where it is, I just had to seem a little.. Heartless. I snorted. "Fine. Show me, and I shall spare your life, mortal." He glanced at me warily. "How do I know you're not lying?..", he asked. I growled under my breath. "I may be the king of the Nether and the God of the monsters, but that doesn't make me a backstabbing liar. But-", I smirked, "-the backwards stab IS one of my favorites.", I finished, chuckling slightly.
The man shuddered, and turned, walking with a brisk pace to the East. I followed easily, rolling my eyes as he glanced back at me nervously for the twentieth time. He stopped, pointing to a small cobblestone room a ways away.
"We- we made that around it so that the ghasts wouldn't blow us up." I ignored him, walking inside quickly. There it stood- my ticket to the Overworld; my ticket to revenge. I stood staring at it for a moment, aware of the man standing behind me nervously. I turned around to stare at him.
"Give Notch and Steve a message from me.", I said. "Tell them I'm in the Overworld, waiting. And this time? This time I am very ready for them." At that, I stepped through the portal.((A/N I hope you enjoyed!!!! VOTE, COMMENT, AND I BET YOU MISSED ME DON'T LIE!!)
