"B-brock?" May started. "Is that really Ash?" She asked while crying on the ground. Brock sighed sadly as he looked at his friend. "Yeah." He answered. "How long?" May asked. "Pardon?" Brock answered. "How long have you known where he was." May asked more clearly this time. "Only about a week." Brock answered. "I went to ask him about being my best man, but he seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us anymore. Seems like something changed." Brock explained.

Everyone sat around in the parking lot in silence, all with one thought on their minds. 'How much have you changed Ash?'

Holly walked thought the doors of the house confidently as she headed towards the kitchen. She was in search of one man, one man who could answer her questions. As she navigated the halls and made it to the kitchen said man was right in front of her digging through the fridge.

"Where can a guy get a beer around here?" Ash said to himself. "Are you serious! There are children in this house, who would keep beer in the fridge?" Holly said exasperated. He was not the first to ask that question, and she doubted he would be the last. "Oh, it's the soon to be bride." Ash said while smirking. "To what do I owe the pleasure?" Ash asked sarcastically.

"I need to know." Holly started. "Are you really the Ash Ketchum that Brock used to travel with?" Holly asked. "The very same." Was Ash's reply. "Pleasure to see you." He continued while tilting his hat with sarcasm letting off of him in waves.

"But that's impossible. Your way different from what you used to be!" Holly exclaimed. "People change Holly, whether it's for the better or the worst it happens and some people can't change it, while others have everything to do with it. That's just how life goes." Ash said darkly, while also having no care in the world. "But I'm in serious need of a beer right now so..." Ash finished while trailing off.

"If you were like this while May met you all those years ago, then there's no wonder she rejected you." Holly said disgusted. This caused Ash to resonate a deep hollow laugh. "You really think I wanted to be like this Holly? No. This isn't the reason that witch did what she did. This. This is the result." Ash said sadly this time while walking away.

It had been a few hours since the whole fiasco with Ash. Everyone had mostly gathered themselves. That meant the girls had instantly put the men back to work while they were inside talking about new complications.

"What do you mean you lost my grandpa!" A very pissed professor screamed at a blue haired man. "Well, the girls gave me a task, so I left him alone for 5 minutes and I came back and he was gone." Tracy said nervously. "Well, we have to find him quic-" Tracy was cut off by the sound of loud laughter. They instantly followed the sound.

"Yes, there was this boy...... And I gave him a Pikachu, A Pikachu..... That rascal was bothering me constantly but I knew one thing....... If anyone could help that Pikachu it was that boy...... and he did it by golly he did it..... Man I do miss those two its been quite a while since I've seen them....... I wonder how their doing?..... Eh probably trying to get himself killed!" Loud Laughter followed the story before. "Man ya old coot, you know how to keep a party lively don't ya." A happy voice called.

The group made it to the clearing and took in the sight before them. There were 4 men and 2 pokemon sitting in a circle drinking beer. "Grandpa there you are." Gary said relieved. "Oh, Gary I was just telling these fine gents about one of my favorite trainers I set off .....Um.... Gosh I really can't remember his name." Oak called.
