Brock felt groggy as he woke up and looked around. He was tied to a chair in an empty room with lots of tables. "What the-" "SUPRISE!" Brock jumped in shock as many men jumped out from behind the tables. "Wha- Guys? What's going on?" Brock asked. "Well as you know your wedding is only four days from now. So, we took this time opening to throw your groom's party. We heard that Ash was a hired mercenary, so we asked him to kidnap you. But he's a little upset at the moment because we didn't tell him his payment would be in booze." Flint explained as Surge and Norman untied him.

Brock looked into a corner to see an angry looking Ash drinking a beer with already 6 cans around him. "Um is it ok for him to be drinking that much?" Brock asked. "Oh, He said he would be fine." Gary shrugged it off nonchalantly. "Well boys lets get this party started!" Flint said, which elected many cheers. Norman suddenly snapped his fingers and 3 strippers walked in from the other room. All three of them instantly walked towards Brock and started doing there thing. Brock was having the best time of his life.

Everyone was busy enjoying the party. Ash was still drinking away his sorrows, but was now talking to Paul and Surge. The strippers had now been dismissed and although Brock was upset, he got over it. Max felt a little awkward since he couldn't drink and he was around all of the drunk adults. Professor Oak had been there for a while and was laughing while rambling about the good ole days, until Tracy took him to go to bed at 10.

It was now 1130 and all of the men were congregating around the middle and Ash was now telling stories about his missions. "There were... how many again Meowth?" Ash asked. "About 120 boss." The cat-like pokemon answered. "Yeah, 120 of em. I must have fought for 2 hours in their base before I finally killed the bastards. Anyways I had sustained many injuries all over my body and could not for the life of me find any medical supplies, so I sent Meowth to the closest town to get the supplies needed and made my way to the bar. I had to drink 100 bottles of beer before I got over the pain." Ash finished.

All the men looked amazed. "PFFFT You think that's a story?" Exclaimed Surge. "One time me and my squad were trapped in the desert in a cave with nothing but 20 crates of beer left over in the hideout of the enemies. We had lost many good people that day." We drank until all of our memories of our friends were gone. I must have had 150 bottles before we were finally pulled out of there.

"Are you trying to start something?" Ash asked looking at Surge menacingly. "So what if I am. It's not like you can drink more than me anyway." Surge said nonchalantly. "Oh, you don't think a youngster like me could outdrink a retired pro?" Asked Ash. "Yeah I don't as a matter of fact I've got 2 grand that says I can." Surge exclaimed "Your on." Ash answered grinning.

"I got 1,000 on Ash!" Gary yelled. "Pfft 1000 on Surge. Show these youngsters their place." Yelled Norman. "I'll also put 1000 on surge." Proclaimed Lucian. Max reached into his pocket and took out his wallet. "Oh no Max, your too young to be gambling, plus your mother would kill me. Heck, she would kill me if she found out i was gambling." Norman said. Brock hesitantly offered up 1000 for Ash as well.

Pretty soon everyone had gathered at the tables, everyone thought all bets had been placed, until... "I've got 50,000 on Surge." Yelled a very drunk berry who stumbled over to the table and smacked a wad of cash down. "Should we let him do this?" Asked Brock. "Well its his fault either way, so their shouldn't be a problem." Norman stated nonchalantly.

All the money was counted. Everyone in the bar had placed bets except for Drew, who left saying he was tired and needed his beauty sleep, and Max who saw no fun in it if he couldn't bet.

"C'mon surge hold it together!" Screamed Norman. "Ash don't go passing out on me now!" Gary also yelled. Nobody knew what the count was, they had lost track at 180, all they knew was that surge was one beer ahead of Ash. "Boss are you doing well?" Meowth asked. Ash had his hair lose and it was running down past his chin making him look like a crazed drunk hobo. "I don't think I can keep this up for long Meowth." Ash stated in a calm voice. Despite his look Ash was still able to hold his alcohol and not be drunk.
