Adelina had been waiting for weeks now and she still hadn't had her month for a month now and she was now sure that she was with child. Her and Christian's first child and she wanted to tell him before he left for a trip to Chandara where he would be gone for a few months. She did not know why he would be gone for so long. She suspected it had something with the war that was coming. Elizabeth had been chosen to be her closest Lady and friend. Picked out by herself, of course. She also had three other ladies that were loyal to her. Her brothers had moved into Chandara castle and Christian had named them official Royal Knights of the King of Westrose. She made her way to the meeting hall where she knew her husband was discussing the trip together with the knights.
Christian stood with the knights, discussing their journey when Adelina entered the hall. "Christian?," she asked gently. Christian looked up at Aries. "Leave us," he commanded and the knights left the hall, bowing slightly before their Queen before they left the hall, closing the doors behind them.
Christian turned to his wife and Adelina walked over to him. "I'm leaving for Chandara tomorrow," he explained, "People are saying that Melinda and Cerridwen had been seen near Chandria Woods," Adelina put her hand on his. "Don't go," she begged gently. Christian looked up at her in concern. "Gwydion is with me and the knights. I'll be under the protection of my closet friend and court warlock and my most bravest and loyal friends also my knights," he explained and kissed her softly on the lips. Adelina sighed deeply and looked up at him. "It's just that," she began, "I'm with child... Our first child, Christian," Christian looked at her. "You sure?," he asked in happiness. Adelina smiled and nodded. "I'm sure! It's been some weeks and a month now, but I'm sure! I'm with child!," she exclaimed and Christian kissed her deeply. "This is the news that will make sure I come back home to you," he declared and Adelina hugged him and kissed him deeply.Next day, The Knights and Gwydion made ready to leave Westrose and Adelina watched them from afar before Christian showed up in his armour with his special sword that Gwydion had made for him two years ago. The sword that a wound from it no one could cure for it was forged with dragon fire by one of Keegan's dragons himself when Gwydion had helped the Dragon Lord by bringing him a gift of the angels. A special spell book that had officially belonged to The Light Elves but had been sent to Westrose for protection against the demons during the war. Solderà was the sword's name and had been Christian's loyal sword since he had turned eighteen.
Adelina walked over to her husband and Christian leaned down and softly kissed her on the lips. "I'll come back to you, I promise," he whispered softly and Adelina nodded, tears welling up in her eyes. Christian looked up at her and turned around, walking over to his horse and Adelina watched as her husband left with his knights and Gwydion and Adelina sighed deeply.
