Night sky comes out and stars shine over the village. Mountains are calm and the animals do not make a noise inside the jungle. But you could feel the cold air that is blowing behind them. Birds start to fly away and it becomes too quiet. Sometime after abuela Alma is woken by thunder and lightning. She comes closer to her window and saw the dark storm clouds all over them. Storm was going to be powerful and would make some nasty work all over the village. She knew that tomorrow will be a busy day to clean the mess that storm will make. Without any warning ice blue lightning strikes down near the casa and the ground shakes under your feet. Alma is shocked and sees room doors open up one after another. "Timber!" She hears before tree falls over the casa.
Camilo P.O.V
It feels like weeks or months have gone by but in reality it has been only some hours. I felt so weak by admin how weak I can be. "I should be as strong as Luisa because I'm a man" I told myself. I roll over my bed and put the blanket over my head. "Sometimes I feel like I am the one that needs to be saved by someone... But I'm not that important to anyone" I whisper under my blanket. Tears become fill my eyes but then I almost get a heart attack. I fell in my bed to the floor. I can feel ground shake under me. I run to the door and open it up. As soon as I put my head out a lightning strikes the big tree that is outside our casa's next to the front door. Mirabel, Luisa, Bruno and Felix come out of their rooms and every are as shocked as I am. I see abuela Alma at her window watching us in horror. I begin hearing this cracking noise. The shell began to break and the tree starts to fall down towards me. "Timber!" I yell and jump out of the way. Tree falls over the casa's second floor balcony and the roof. Some tiles of the roof falls down and railing gives up under the tree.
"Camilo watch out!" Felix is shouting to his son. Tree hits and everyone closes their eyes from all the dust and junk flying around. After the dust settles Camilo comes up behind one tree branch. Luckily he got out the way just in time and nobody got hurt. Felix runs over to him and makes sure he is okay. Luisa starts to move the branches that are over Camilos door and over the balcony. Mirabel comes to help too "How can I help?" She asks. "You could go and see if Camilo got hurt." Luisa told her while trying to cut the tree into smaller pieces. Mirabel does not waste any time and runs to Camilo's way thinking"I bet madre and padre woke up too so they will be here soon if he needs any healing."
Mirabel P.O.V
Felix is helping Camilo already. "Are you hurt?!" I ask first when I get to him. "I'm fine" He tells me and try to shoo his padre away. "I get Julieta to look at you. Don't move!" Felix went to look for her. I start to look around for him and move his hair over his face to see if he really is okay. "Stop that. I really am okay. No need to worry." While he strokes my hand at the same time. I start to blush a little. I look down and let a tear roll down my face. I whisper him to hear "Don't scare me like this ever again. Okay?" "I won't. I promise." He wipes my tear away. At that moment tia Pepa comes running with madre Julieta. I stand up when my madre comes to me. She takes my face in her hands "Mirabel are you okay? Are you hurt?". "No I'm fine but Camilo did get almost hit by a tree" I point at him. Julieta looks at him and gives me quick kiss on the forehead before running to Camilo's aid.
Everyone else is cleaning part of the tree away and putting things back where they belong. I can hear sobbing near me. I look around me and see that Antonio's room door is open. I go inside and see him crying over his bed. I go inside "Antonio, why are you crying?". I sit beside him and he comes to my lap. Between his tears he tells me "I was scared of the thunder and now my hermano is hurt". I stroke his hair and tell him "Camilo is not hurt. He is alright. I was scared too". Antonio looks bit more relieved. "What if I stay and we sleep together this night so you don't need to be scared anymore. I will protect you." I tell him and he just nods. "I go close the door" I get up as Antonio goes under the blanket. As I come to the door I see that Camilo is talking to his hermana Dolores. He looks at me and I close the door looking down. I return to Antonio and get in the bed with him. I put my arm around him as I sing a lullaby to him so he can fall a sleep. My eyes felt heavy and as I closed them I could only think of "Why.... Why..... Why did I fell for him?".
Camilo later came to Antonio's door and slowly opens it up. He saw Mirabel holding Antonio and sleeping so peacefully with him. Antonio is hugging tightly his stuffed animal while sleeping. The sight forced Camilo to smile. Camilo knows Antonio must been so scared of the whole thing that he was not able to sleep on his own. Camilo close the door slowly. Everyone gather up over the stairs where abuela Alma tells them "Let's go to sleep and let's continue cleaning up tomorrow. There must be some destruction also in the village. We need to help them tomorrow. But now have some rest". As Camilo start to head over to his room Pepa speaks out "Where is Antonio?". Everyone stop and Camilo tells her "He is in his room with Mirabel". "He must have been so scared by this thunder... Mirabel must have comforted him. She is so sweet girl" Pepa is relieved with the news and she walks away. "She really is" Camilo whispers to himself.
Next day Madrigal family is helping out at the village. The houses have been damaged, the donkeys have escaped and objects have been thrown here and there. Everyone is in a great hurry to help others. "Mirabel can you go to casa and get me more of my healing buns? Your padre got sting by the bees again and I don't have time to get more myself" Julieta asked to her daughter. "Of course madre. I will be back soon" and she went to get more healing buns. As she walked to the casa she saw her family helping and build the village she thought about last night storm. "He did scare me badly..." Mirabel thought while wiping away tears. Mirabel arrived to casa and went to kitchen. She got the extra buns and putted them inside her bag. As she was about to walk outside to get back. She felt the need to be alone for a minute and just started to sing her heart out.

Camilo P.O.V
I was with some little kids putting their home back as it was before the storm. But then my padre Felix came around and told me "Can you get me some tools? I left them over at the casa". "Sure we were ready here anyway" and shifted to myself before leaving. As I approach the casa I could hear singing inside the casa. I found the tools padre wanted beside the front door. I could have went back straight away but I wanted to eavesdrop someones singing. I cracked the doors open just a bit so I could see what is happening inside. I see mirabel singing and dancing her heart out.

"She is good" it thought to myself. The song is so catchy that I start to dance and sing along with it. But I cant stop wondering "Why is she singing about love? Is she in love? But with who?". I looked more closely what she was doing. And I try to listen who is she talking to...

I stop and almost faint. "Is she singing about me?!" I'm in shock. But then she starts walking towards me "I need to hide". I just run around the corner to hide. I watch as she walks away to the village. She looked happy and sad at the same time as she walked away. I come around the corner and wonder out loud:
