Chapter 1: MLP Confusion 1/4

The Gang landed with a thump, sitting up to find they weren’t exactly the way they were before. The portal above the canopy disappeared, and they realized they definitely weren’t anywhere familiar. For one they had hooves, or in Raven’s case, paws on the front legs and hooves on the back.

They definitely weren’t in their world but now they had to solve their big problem while walking on all fours. Those who normally had wings still had theirs but they weren’t too sure how to use them in their new forms.

After getting their bearings they made sure they were all accounted for before they continued on their journey. “We’re missing someone. Where's Elly?” James looked around but he couldn’t figure out where she could possibly be. Raven and the others called for her but to no avail. She was gone?

Raven refused to believe so as she knew her sister quite well. “She wouldn’t just disappear. You guys know she hates being alone.” “Ya, but what if she was grabbed on the way out? We have to look for her now before something bad happens.” She knew James was right but she felt like there was something they were missing.

As the group walked through the woods, a Changeling popped its head from the bush nearby. The ears went down and it seemed worried about something. Climbing out of the bush it looked around to ensure nobody was there before letting out a sigh. It was Elly.

She looked at herself with the light of the sun though the canopy above. She had holes throughout her legs, holes in her wings and her “ears”. Her base was black, dark black, her shell on her back was a light blue with a light blue heart shape on her chest and wings a silvery clear color.

As she thought over what was happening she realized that she had fangs, they were half the size of a real Changeling’s design and her wings were slightly bigger too. Her size was off as she knew she was taller than her normal height, she felt her head for a mane and found a slightly longer ridge of a Changeling but couldn’t tell her color till she looked back at her wings.

The ridge was slightly lighter as a deep gray and her tail was the same. She looked around at the forest, realizing she was in the Everfree Forest, a dangerous place. Her friends could handle it she thought but she wasn’t if she stayed in one place. After all, there were timberwolves in the area, or at least that’s what her gut told her- She buzzed her wings and took off, heading away for somepony to help her with the trouble she found herself in.
