Discord Gang Adventures - Multiverse in Chaos

Chapter 1: MLP Confusion 2/4

The Gang made their way towards Ponyville, still hoping to find their friend before anything evil did. Though evil wouldn't find them or her, a pink pony found them rather quickly.

They walked along calmly, trying to figure out where she could possibly have gone when suddenly the pink pony jumped up in front of them.

"Hi-ya there new comers! What's your names?!"

James got a quick look at her as she was bouncing up and down rapidly. Raven spoke up,

"We're just passing through. We lost our friend and are simply trying to find her."

"Well you came to the right pony!"

The pink pony stopped bouncing but was clearly excited and rambled on and on about something she knew. James put a hoof to her mouth to plug the hole of words.

"Well she's rather shy around new- um- ponies. We just want to find her and get home before the week's end."

She tapped her head, confused about how quickly they dismissed her "little chatter" and suddenly remembered her friend.

"Oh I know! Twilight can use her magic and help find your friend super-duper fast! But she's at the School of Friendship and might be busy..."

"Ya well if she can find out friend then we need to see her."

He looked around before continuing,

"Look um?"

"Oh of course! My name is Pinkiepie!"

"Um, right, well. We're kinda trying to stop a very bad guy from hurting every... pony and we kinda want to be sure our friend is ok."

"OoOoOoO! A bad guy! Well let's get going! No time to waste with saving the day!"

They looked at one another, then followed behind their new bounciest companion.

Elly flew around for a while before sensing something close by. She landed by some trees and watched as a mix-match group of friends walked along a path. An orange dragon, a blue griffin, a brown yack, a green earth pony, and a blue reformed changeling.

She watched silently as she wondered where they were going. Suddenly the dragon turned around and hollered,

"Hold it guys. I smell something."

She sniffed the air before rushing forward, and sniffing again. Elly became frightened and zipped out the treeline. She flew away as fast as she could, but when she looked back and down she saw they were giving chase.

The thin changeling called out to her,
"Wait! We don't want to hurt you!"

She looked back and turned, diving away in order to lose their trial but they were able to keep up. She looked back another time to find they had fallen back some. She slowed and watched as the changeling flew forward.

She shifted back some, moving so she didn't have her back to the creature as she watched it's movements. The changeling spoke kindly and calmly,

"It's ok. We don't want to hurt you. We just want to talk... Ok?"

She looked at her for a moment before slowly nodding. Then followed the changeling down to her friends who watched, shocked it had worked.

The earth pony walked forward, he looked at her with more of a confused look than a frightened one like she thought they'd be.

"I thought all the changelings had been reformed? What happened to you?"

She thought for a moment then came up with a little backstory,

"Well... I had left the group and found some friends of my own. But we got separated in the forest... And um.... They hadn't really seen me... like... this.."

She looked at herself as she waited for them to speak. The griffin let out a sound of "who cares"

"Man, who care what you look like? You look fine to me."

She looked at him with hope as they all agreed. The earth pony spoke up again,

"Well. I know our school's Head-mare can help you find your friends. Come on, just stick with us ok?"

She nodded nervously and walked along with them. Hoping she could figure out a way to hide her ugly appearance....

And hoping her friends would stay her friends....

The dragon guy that had came through the portal with them watched in his hybrid pony form. He chuckled wickedly,

"Separated aye? We're gonna have some fun with this."

He chuckled evilly as he watched them walking away.
