Dion's POV

after I woke up i go down stairs to see my mum making pancakes. Yes my favorite breakfast! My dad was sitting at the counter Adjusting his Rolex on his wrist.

"Good morning son" he beamed " are you exited for your first day of school?"

"Morning dad" i reply "yah I'm excited but a little nervous"

"Ahh no need to be nervous my boy" he says "we're the richest family in town! We have only been here a few weeks and everyone knows it"

"Yah but then there is the chance of me ruining your reputation dad" i say walking over to kiss mum on the cheek

"Ahh no need to worry about it" he continues "anyways i definitely any guy is gonna fall for you son, and to add your extremely athletic"

"Thanks dad let me go get dressed and I'll be down for breakfast" i say

I walk back up stairs thinking about what he said. He is right we live in a neighborhood with only Mansions except for the house next door. As soon as they move out they will decide the lot between my house and the house over to make the yards bigger. After the make it nice again that is. As i go up to my room i take off my sleep sweats leaving only my black briefs. I turn and look out the window and see a cute little Mexican boy with chocolate brown eyes, a curvy figure, with luscious lips that are to die for and, black curly hair just like mine. Damn he was hot but mostly cute i think I'm in love. Our eyes lock for a moment and i see him realize he is only in a pair of rainbow boxers. He quickly covers his member and goes to close the curtains.
I get dressed and check the time 7:30 i have plenty of time because I'm driving my new car. I start heading down stairs and go for the door because I left something in the car. As I'm at the door I hear some yelling from the underwear boys house i brush it off and go to my car. I open my car door and i hear the underwear boys door fling open and more yelling comes from his house.

"YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT WHERE IS MY BREAKFAST!?" Someone said from inside.

I then see a man with a scruffy Beard looking drunk as ever come and stand in the doorway

"YOU BETTER GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW OR THE NEXT TIME YOU STEP FOOT IN THIS HOUSE I WITH BEAT THE FUCK OUT OF YOU!! DO YOU HEAR ME YOU LITTLE TWAT I WILL BE YOUR ASS!" He yells

Im astonished at how someone can do that to their kid. I look at the man as he wobbles back inside. I head back inside to eat some pancakes then leave for school.

"Thanks Mum the pancakes were so good" i say as i finish

I kiss her on the cheek and say goodbye
I give my dad a fist bump and say I'll see him later.
I grab my stuff and head to the car.
As I'm driving twords school i see a boy running down the road. He stops at a tree and throws up all over it. He is panting from running so much. I realize that it's the cute underwear boy he must have been running from that man. I pull up just as he pukes again. Stop the car and roll down the window.
