Prompt 1 - Since April is National Volunteer month, write a short story based around this topic. It can be in any genre. For this first prompt this is for you to really use your imagination and let your mind run wild. MAXIMUM OF 10 CHAPTERS and 1,000 and 2,000 WORDS PER CHAPTER
Prompt 2- For my romance writers this prompt is especially for you!! Please write a story of two people falling in love...of course, but here is the twist on what you must include. Either your favorite typical love story based around April, a scene of the love interest dancing in the rain, and/or them falling in love during the month of April. You must include at least one of these in your story, and you are more than welcome to include all of them!! (might have a better chance of placing higher...wink...wink!!) MAXIMUM OF 10 CHAPTERS and 1,000 and 2,000 WORDS PER CHAPTER
Prompt 3- This is for my writers who LOVE Easter as much as I do. In your short story you must include the following. You must include Easter (as you celebrate it), a plot line from your favorite Easter movie (please give credit to the movie), and/or having your characters as your favorite Easter icon. You must include at least one of these in your story, and you are more than welcome to include all of them!! (might have a better chance of placing higher...wink...wink!!) MAXIMUM OF 10 CHAPTERS and 1,000 and 2,000 WORDS PER CHAPTER
