"OKAY, WE all know what this looks like. So, we'll be up on the dais under the Beast's spell jar, and we'll be coming in from here." Mal stated as we stood around the table in the boys' dorm. She pointed at a map as she spoke. "I will be in the very front. You all will be up on the balcony."
"Okay." Evie nodded.
"Carlos?" M said, signalling for him to continue.
"Okay, so I'll find our limo so we can break the barrier and get back on the island with the wand." He explained, his arm around my shoulders.
"Perfect.." I sighed, I didn't want to leave.
Like I said the other day, I've never seen them as happy as they were at that game when they were fighting or stealing. And I feel as if I belong here more than in that prison. Life in Auradon was gross at first, but now... it's so much more to me. It's where I have a good night's rest in a comfortable bed, it's where I get to spend more time with my friends rather than being chased by people we stole from.
"Evie." I said, pulling out a bottle of teal liquid.
"Yeah?"
"You will use this to take out the driver. Just two sprays and you'll be good." I explained, delicately handing it.
"Okay." She shook her head up and down
We all exhaled quietly and the boys headed over to their beds, propped up by the headboards. Mal sat down and I joined her. "You sure you want to break the spell?"
"Yeah, you know. I don't.." She nodded as stood beside me. "I've just been thinking, you know, when the villains finally do invade Auradon, and... begin to loot and kick everyone out of their castles and imprison their leaders and destroy all that is good and beautiful... Ben still being in love with me just seems a little extra... cruel."
"All right, whatever you think is right, Mal." I sighed and she gave us a small smile, then left the room abruptly.
"M?" Evie asked, confused, while she opened the door and left.
I exhaled shakily, twiddling my thumbs. "You should go back to the dorm, I need to go down to the kitchen to help Mal."
"Ok, I'll be asleep when you come back probably. Evil dreams, guys." Eve nodded and left the room too.
I rubbed my hands over my face. "I don't even want to leave."
The boys snapped their heads up at me, and Carlos spoke up first. "What do you mean?"
"Well, for one. I've never seen Jay as happy as he was, out on that field or you, as happy as you are with Dude." I shrugged, chuckling to myself at the memory of Jay holding that trophy. "I mean, how do you two feel about this plan?"
They both looked down thinking about it. "Anyway, I'm going to go help Mal. I'll see you two tomorrow morning."
Carlos jumped off his bed, walking on over to me as I stood up. He wrapped me in his arms, kissing my cheek. "G'night, witch."
I giggled at his warm touch, ruffling his hair. "Night, white hair."

I wore a tight green long-sleeve shirt with a plain black dress over that which had noodle straps. That was paired with a pair of black chunky heels with ankle straps and my usual gold jewelry and gloves.
We watched from the balcony of the school, everyone was singing and ready for family day.
"Let's go guys." Mal stated, heading down the steps with us following. Carlos had Dude in his arms like always.
We strode down to the grass and circled around a chocolate fountain, where the boys got distracted. I took the dog from the white-haired boy and he ate from the fountain like an animal.
I chatted with E and M a bit, before Ben had called his girlfriend over. "I gotta go, okay?"
"Yep, bye love bird~" I giggled, scratching behind Dude's ear.
"God, they are so cute.." Evie sighed, lovestruck by their relationship that would last only a day more.
"Too bad Mal's gonna have to ditch him." I reminded her.

I spoke with the Beast and Belle as the others played croquet or, in Carlos' case, ran around with a dog.
"H-hello, Esme." Belle greeted me as I stepped over to the couple.
"Hi, I just want you to know...I won't curse either of you or your son. I'm nothing like my mother." I reassured them with a gentle smile.
"O-oh, thank you." Adam nodded.
"Yeah, people think I'd curse anyone these days. I won't, just rude people. Like Audrey or... Chad, for example." I shrugged, conjuring a glass of water at the same time, taking a sip.
"Oh!" Belle exclaimed, seeing how I had just used magic. I furrowed my brows, confused, they knew what powers I had. Right?
"How..handy!" The beast chuckled, before we heard someone shout.
"You!" I heard an old woman yell at Mal.
"Who's that?" I cocked a brow at the king and queen, vanishing the glass quickly in case things got messy.
"Queen Leah, sleeping beauty's mother, Audrey's grandmother." The queen explained quickly as we advanced closer. I noticed that everyone now had their attention on M.
I stepped over beside Evie, who looked worried like me.
"H-how are you here? And how..have you stayed so young?" Leah asked, looking mortified when Ben put his hands on Mal's arms.
"Queen Leah, it's okay. Maleficent is still on the island. This is her daughter, Mal. Don't you remember my proclamation to give the new generation a chance?" He smiled charmingly.
"A chance to what, Ben? Destroy us? Come on. You remember, don't you? The poison apples and the spells. Spells. My daughter was raised by fairies because of your mother's curse. So, her first words, her first steps, I missed it all!" She yelled, glaring at us.
"I'm so sorr-" Mal apologized, reaching a hand out to touch her, but Chad got in the way.
"Stay away from her!" Chad ordered, stepping in front of her.
"Don't do this, Chad." Ben warned him.
"What? They were raised by their parents, Ben. What do you think villains teach their kids? Huh? Kindness? Fair play? No way, okay? Uh-uh." He shook his head, looking at him like he was stupid. Charming pointed at Mal, "You stole another girl's boyfriend."
"Hey! Hey!" The soon-to-be-king yelled.
Chad moved on to us. "You enjoy hurting people. You're a thief. And you... you're nothing but a gold digger and a cheater."
"Mirror, mirror, in my hand, who's the biggest jerk in the land." Evie took out her mirror, stuck it in his face and showed his reflection.
"What? Pff, come on!" He threw her arm down, making E stumbled but I grabbed her arm, helping her stand back up.
"Back off Chad." Jay ordered, holding onto the lapels of his jacket.
"E, perfume." I whispered and she seemed to get the memo, pulling out the bottle and spraying it twice in the prince's face.
"Chad! Chad!" Audrey cried while Jay let him go and Ben shoved him off.
"Evie did something to Chad!" Lonnie announced, bending down with Doug and Audrey, shaking him awake.
"Mal! Let's go." I took a hold of her hand, pulling her along. We began running out as we heard Ben call after us.
"Jay!" M yelled grabbing his attention and we left.
