Akhirah

Third Person POV

Pure confusion...

That's all Emilia felt within the dirt basement, staring at the unconscious detainees before her. Though, this soon turned into disbelief once she realized who these people were.

Who are they to form such a reaction? Well, no other than Lucien and Elizabeth; two massively prominent figures in Akhirah.

On the other hand, Hank hopped downwards into the pit. The merc stayed in a calm manner whilst facing Emilia, knowing the lady wouldn't care about such prisoners.

At least that's what she thought.

In a slow manner, Emilia turned around. There were no chuckles about the situation nor snarky remarks; things that she was known for doing in circumstances like these.

Her face... showed a look of infamy, one of stoic defiance.

"What. Is. This?" The redhead demanded.

Hank's head slightly tilted at this, unfazed yet curious of how her companion showed such a different personality than she was used to.

The black clothed killer now decided to answer the given question.

"Info." She blandly stated.

"Info? The fuck you mean by info?" Refuted Emilia, a hint of fiery irritation now within her voice.

"They are... need-" Hank tried to explain, only to have her words cut short by the other woman.

"I don't fucking care." She said before pointing towards the hostages.

"I don't care what you do, but you can't fucking do it to these people."

"...Why?" Asked Hank.

"Because now that they're missing, Appius is gonna do whatever it takes to get them back." Firmly told Emilia.

Hank thought about this predicament.

It's true, but that was what she wanted. If info couldn't be gained from the captives, they would simply be used as bait.

Lead Appius to them, take him out. No more enemies, no more problems.

Emilia now let out a sigh before regaining her composure.

"Listen, we can't keep them with us. The longer we keep them, the more that shit's gonna go south." She exclaimed.

"So, what's it gonna be?"

Hearing no response from the merc, Emilia blatantly sighed. Facing towards the prisoners, she suddenly reached into her pants to grab an unknown item.

"Guess I'll have to take care of your problems, since you'll do nothing to fix them."

This object revealed itself to be a firearm, a Beretta 8000 to be exact. Where this thing came from seemed to be from a IWB hidden behind her shirt.
