chapter twentynine ♡

   Luo Mei has waken terrified from her nightmare and yells Lu Yue's name. It wakes him.
Luo Mei- (she breaths heavy) Lu Yue! Lu Yue!
Lu Yue- (he goes to hold her) Baby, I'm here. What's wrong? Did you have a nightmare?
Luo Mei- (she has tears coming down her checks) He took it! He took it!
Lu Yue- What? That's what happened in your nightmare?
Luo Mei- That's what I was told. Lu Yue.
Lu Yue- I'm right here.
Luo Mei- (she turns to look at him & touches his lips) The things you were saying scared me.
Lu Yue- Why are you touching my lips?
Luo Mei- (she strokes his lips) Because Hao Ling hit you there. It was so horrible.
Lu Yue- Why don't you tell me about it? It may make you feel better.
Luo Mei- Okay.
She tells him all of what happened in her nightmare.
Lu Yue- What?
Luo Mei- Lu Yue.
Lu Yue- Hey. That didn't happen. Our story's different.
Luo Mei- If it did, it really would be a nightmare.
Lu Yue- Yes, it would. I'm sure I'll still find a way to be with you if you told me you have always had the same feelings for me.
Luo Mei- I believe that. It even scared me that God Ming and Old Cat... Since I been here, I gained more brothers and even a sister. I wouldn't want to ever lose them.
Lu Yue- I know.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue. Don't let go.
Lu Yue- I want you more, baby.
Luo Mei- Lu Yue. (she slides her hand across his mouth & runs it through his hair)
Lu Yue- Baby, it's okay.
She moves her hand and sets it on his chest.
Lu Yue- How about you go back to sleep? I'm here.
   He looks at her and she's already fallen back to sleep. He goes to lay on his back and she goes to lay on him and wraps her arms around him. He watches, let's it happen, and holds her.
   In the morning Lu Yue wakes up first. He let's Luo Mei sleep and goes to get ready for the day. After he kisses Luo Mei on the forehead and heads downstairs to play a game.
   A little while later, Luo Mei wakes and sees that Lu Yue isn't with her so she gets out of bed and goes to her room. She gets ready for the day as well. After that she sends something to Lu Yue on her phone.

   She then heads downstairs. She sees Lu Yue at his computer. She's about to go over to him but she sees God Ming and Old Cat.

Luo Mei- God Ming, Old Cat.
God Ming- Luo Mei.
Old Cat- Hey.
   She goes to wrap her arms around God Ming's waist and hugs him.
God Ming- Woah. What's this for? (he hugs her back)
Old Cat- (he stands up) Do I get one too?
Lu Yue- (he's there) Hey. What's going on over here?
Luo Mei- (breaks the hug, pulls away from God Ming, & looks at Old Cat) You want one?
Old Cat- I don't mind.
She goes to wrap her arms around his waist and hugs him too. He hugs her back.
Lu Yue- Hey! She's mine.
Luo Mei- (she breaks the hug, pulls away from Old Cat, & walks up to Lu Yue) You... You're in trouble. Why did I wake up in your bed alone?! You know I had a nightmare last night that really scared me, how could you do that?!
Lu Yue- (he stands on his knees & looks up at her) Please don't be mad at me.
Luo Mei- (she crosses her arms & looks away) Hmm.
Old Cat- Is that why you wanted to hug us?
God Ming- Did the nightmare have something to do with us?
Lu Yue- You both didn't know who she was in the dream and it kind of scared her.
Luo Mei- (she uncrosses her arms & looks down at Lu Yue) The things you said to me, scared me the most.
Lu Yue- Baby, you know it's too late for that to happen.
Old K- What's going on?
Lu Yue- You want to tell them about it?
Luo Mei- Hmm. You're still in trouble.
Lu Yue- Baby, I'm sorry.
Luo Mei- Stand up and embrace me.
Lu Yue- Yes, ma'am.
Luo Mei- Good boy.
   He stands up and she goes straight to wrap her arms around his waist and holds onto him. He holds her back.
Lu Yue- (he whispers to her) You should of never said that.
Luo Mei- I can say what I want.
She tells everyone what happened in the nightmare.
Old Cat- Woah. Luo Mei, I'm sorry.
Luo Mei- It's okay.
Xiao Pang- If you say Lu Yue's in trouble than why are you giving in to him?
Luo Mei- Giving in to him? I have a thing about accepting Lu Yue no matter what. I forgive him very easily because I don't like being mad at him.
Xiao Pang- Oh. I'm so not used to this.
Old K- Honestly, it's weird to see Lu Yue like this. Who knew he's been with someone before his own brother?
Luo Mei- There's a lot you all don't know about Lu Yue.
Old Cat- Really?
Luo Mei- Yes. I know handsome more than all of you. I know every secret. What he likes and dislikes. I know everything about him.
Lu Yue- I do the same with Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- (pulls away from Lu Yue) Old Cat?
Old Cat- Yeah.
Luo Mei- Let's play a game together.
Old Cat- Okay. That sounds fun. You want Lu Yue to join us?
Luo Mei- Yes. And Xiao Pang can too.
Lu Yue- Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- (looks at him) Yes, handsome.
Lu Yue- Why do you keep on wearing outfits like that?
Luo Mei- What's wrong with this? I saw the way you looked at me when you first saw me in it. Besides, I'm not really showing any cleavage...
Lu Yue- Luo Mei, that's not what I'm talking about.
Luo Mei- Oooh. Am I wearing something that's too irresistible for handsome? I know how much you love it when I wear my favourite colour.
Lu Yue- (he snaps his lips) Luo Mei.
Luo Mei- What? Are my shorts too short?
Lu Yue- I'm talking about you could almost be wearing a strapless top.
Luo Mei- But my hair covers that. Oooh, what will handsome do if I do wear a strapless top?
Lu Yue- Don't you dare.
Luo Mei- 也许我会的. (Maybe I will. <chinese translation to english)
God Ming- Are you two finished?
They both look at him and say at the same time.
Luo Mei- No.
Lu Yue- No.
