My mother and father dragged me out of the ballroom and into the corridor. "Y/N Blythe, why in the heavens were you kissing that man?" My mother said, "I-" she cut me off. "A butler and Nobility such as you shouldn't be in a relationship. We need to keep up a good family image and I can't have my youngest daughter pulling a stunt like that in the middle of our party" I started to get angry. Who is she to dictate who I should and shouldn't be in a relationship with... I thought. "Mother, why does status even matter? I love him an-" "No daughter of mine should be in a relationship with a butler of all people '' my father said. "Not you too father... Why can't you just be happy for me? You were so happy to meet the viscount when Wisteria introduced him to you ''''The viscount is a lovely person, and he's quite wealthy, which is good for our Wisteria." My mother said, "Oh okay so what I'm getting from this conversation is all you two care about is money and status. I love him. Does that even matter to you?" I was so angry, tears started to spill out of my eyes. They don't want me to be happy, they don't want me to have love, all they want is money and to keep a good image for themselves. "You two don't care about me, you never even spend time with me. At breakfast, you hardly say anything and then we all just go about our day without uttering a word to each other. The only time I talk to mother is when she comes in to dress me on occasion, and father, you never talk to me. Now suddenly you care when I'm actually happy for once?" "Y/N, we both lead very busy lives, we don't have time for idle chit-chat with you." Said my father. "This behavior is out of hand, all because of this butler fellow. You cannot speak to us with such disrespect. You are no longer permitted to see him." "W-what??? You can't do that!!" I yelled. "As a matter of fact, we think it's time that you start meeting other people, maybe even some noble gentlemen. We've put a lot of thought into this, and we've decided to send you to a boarding school. This gives us even more reason to send you , your behavior is out of line and you need to be taught to act like a lady." "Mother, Father, isn't this a little too harsh??" I said, my voice getting louder, A boarding school? Why are they springing this all on me now?? I thought. "Y/N, we're taking you upstairs to your room. You cannot go back to the party, with this behavior you need to have some alone time and think about what you've done." My mother said, "Why are you treating me like a child?? I'm twenty two!" I said angrily. My parents didn't answer, my mother just grabbed my arm and dragged me towards the staircase in the back of the hallway. "You can't do this!!" I fought, but my father grabbed my other arm and pulled me up the stairs. I fought and fought to get out of their grasp, but to no avail. They dragged me up the stairs and down the hall to my room. Once we got there, they opened the door and pushed me in. "We'll let you out when the party's over and all the guests have gone. We'll be expecting an apology and a promise when we get back." They shut the door and I heard the key turn in the lock. I rattled the doorknob and pounded on the door, but it wouldn't budge. I screamed for them to come back, but they never did. I sunk to the floor, tears streaming down my face. Oh Sebastian, how I wish you were here.. I thought, as I quietly sobbed.
Sebastian's Pov:
After Y/N went to talk with her parents, I waited for her to come back. I talked with the young master for a while, then out of the corner of my eye, I saw Y/N's parents return to the ballroom. Y/N was nowhere in sight. Did something happen to her? I thought. "Young Master, May I excuse myself for a while, I think something may have happened to Lady Y/N and I'd like to go and find her." "Yes, that's alright. I'll be fine alone" he said. "Thank you very much, my lord," I said. I walked towards the door, eyeing Y/N's parents. Her mother caught my eye, and glared at me. Something is definitely off, I'll check her room first. I thought to myself as I walked out of the ballroom.
