♔~ANDROS' P.O.V.~♔

»»————- ♔ ————-««

As the novels most devoted reader, I felt sad for the villain who was driven to this point but the person I felt the most devastation for was the novel's male lead, Xian, who is 2 years younger than the villain.

Just thinking about Xian made my heart twist painfully. Xian lived the life of tragedy since a young age. His father died when he was 5 years old, leaving him to the mercy of his evil step-mother and viscous step-brother. At the young age of 9 years old, he was kicked out of the dukedom and had to survive on the streets as a poor beggar.

Then, at age 14, Xian went to the battlefield to fight the demons. At first, Xian was a mere solider. Those who had a higher rank than himself bullied him and sent him off to the front lines as cannon fodder.

When he was left to die, he awakened his secret bloodline and gained the cursed sword named Acheron that devours anything its user commands it to, including dark magic.

At the mere age of 18 years old, Xian makes a name for himself and he comes back to the Dukedom with the title of a war hero to claim what's rightful his as the only legitimate son of the previous Duke. But that it not all of his troubles.

When he finally marries the love of his life a year later, the heroine Luciana Williams whom he met on the battlefield, poisons him and he dies a worthless death. It turns out that the villain, Prince Andros seduced Luciana. She fell for his dangerous charms and she agreed to poison the newly appointed Duke when Andros order her to do so.

The reason why Prince Andros wanted to kill the new Duke was because he knew that his family wanted to use Xian to kill him. Andros could not let that happen before his long awaited revenge so he ordered Luciana to poison and kill Xian.

After the male lead's death, the world fell into ruins as the Empire's sole hero died. While the Demons invaded the entire capital and slaughtered countless people, the villain tortured his family and took the throne as the Dark Emperor.

Seeing countless innocent people die, the heroine killed herself due to guilt and hoped to reunited with the male lead in the afterlife. The villain laughed at the audacity of that bitch.

In the end, the villain was able to destroy the world. After the world was destroyed, the villain killed himself because he was the only person alive. The novel ended with humans being extinct and the demons roamed the land as its only occupier.

The last sentence of the novel belonged to Andros as he stabbed himself to death.

"If my family ever loved me, would things have gone differently? If there is another life, I hope that my family will at least try to love me. Even the slightest amount of care is enough for me." With that, the notorious villain, Emperor Andros Sapphire Viler, finally breathed his last. - Excerpt from <The Birth of a Hero>.

Seeing how Xian's and Andros' life played out, I could only cry to myself and feel sorry for the both of them. Not even the bitch ass heroine was treated this bad!!!

Xian died knowing that he was cursed to be unloved and forever betrayed while Andros died with countless regrets.

All I wanted to do was to comfort them and now that I've transmigrated into the body of the villain, I will be able to change not just Xian's fate but also Andros.
