Chapter 3

I ran outside and saw Gavin in his car I hopped into the car and Gavin was crying.

"What's wrong babe?" I asked.

"M-my m-mo-m got I- n a car accident." Gavin stuttered. Then he started driving to the Hospital. When we got to the hospital and Gavin ran right in not even bothering to close the door and turn off the car so I did it for him. I ran in side to the desk.

"How may I help you?" The lady in the front desk said.

"Mrs. Renz!" I told her.

"Room 127." she told me. I started to run and I made it to the elevator and went to the 3 floor I ran to the waiting room and saw Gavin there siting with his face in his hands. I sat next to him and rubbed his back he lift his head and head up to see me.

"What if she's dead Maya then I won't have anyone." Gavin said tears were running down his face. I whipped his tears away.

"Don't worry every-" I got cut off.

"NO EVERYTHING IS NOT GOING TO BE OK U ALWAYS SAY THAT BUT ITS NOT!!!!!" He said with his face turning red.

"OH MY GOD U WANT TO DO THIS NOW?!?! OK BYE I HOPE U HAVE A NICE BIRTHDAY!!!" I said sarcastically but mad. I walked out and started to walk home which was only a couple of blocks away. I got home and walked to my room and text Sophia.

Me: hey Sophia

Sophia: hey Maya what's up?

Me: Gavin and I got into a fight at the hospital his mom was in a car accident.

Sophia: OMG is she ok?

Me: idk I left before the doctor told us.

Sophia: ok

Me: gtg bye

Sophia: Bye

My phone started to ring and it was Gavin I sighed and answer it.

" What do u want Gavin?" I asked tired of him.

"Sh-shes de-ad." he said bawling.

"Oh my gosh Gavin I'm so sorry. For everything." I said starting to cry. Gavin's mom was like a second mom to me.

"Gavin want me to meet u at the hospital?" I asked.

"No my house." Gavin said.

"Ok." and I was off.
