"What do you mean?" Cena asked, confused.

I sighed "I don't actually mean it, its just that you said that we might get trapped at school because of the pot hole." Cena gave me a puzzled look.

"We're trapped at school because of the pot hole." I was confused at why she didn't catch on that quick.

She tilted her head side ways and tightened her jaw "You know I didn't mean that."

I sighed again and looked down "I know, but its such a weird coincidence. I'm not suggesting that you have anything to do with it but..."

"It sure sounds like you are." Cena said under her breath, clearly irritated.

"I didn't mean it like that. Sorry." I pressed my lips together and looked at Cena.

"I know, its fine." She squeezed out a smile and pushed a desk back to the wall.

For the next 5 minutes we all worked together to move all the desks back and clear out the center.

"Wait, what are we going to use for beds?" Cena stopped and looked up from a desk that had all the contents spilled out on the floor.

She looked at Mr. Caethler with the question in her eyes.

He leaned forward, raised his eye brows and pointed his finger at her "Oh, good question, good question. Ok, can I have your attention up here, please?"

The class looked up to him "Ok, so. The school has emergency blankets for each and every one of you."

The class nodded and looked back to what they were doing. I was on the ground helping Cena pick up her stuff.

"Oh, and one thing I forgot to mention. Boys and girls will be separated. Girls in this room, 101, and boys across the hall, room 104." He clapped his hands. "The other class is doing the same as you and clearing out their room."

"Aww, man." I slouched my shoulders and bent my neck back.

"What is it?" Cena asked "If the boys and girls are going to be separated then that means that we'll probably get Mrs. Goldly as our supervisor."

Mrs. Goldly is our math teacher and the other grade 6 homeroom teacher. None of us are quite fond  of her.

"She opened her mouth as to say something, but nothing came out. "Oh, you're right. We probably will. She made a face.

"Ok, looks nice." He looked around the room and nodded in approval "Lets go down to the store room to get the blankets."

We all filed out the door in an orderly fashion to the store room. Our line didn't last long as we ended up clumping together, talking.

Mr. Caethler ignored this fact and continued to walk. He didn't make a peep. I assumed this was all new to him as well and this was just starting to sink in.

We got to the store room soon after and everyone snatched up a blanket and stepped aside for other to get to them.

Soon after we all went back to the classroom, the boys left and Mrs. Goldly came to our class.

"Hello friends!" She said with a cheery voice and walked in with her coffee.

This was going to be a long night.
