The next day, the same incident happened. Scaramouche woke up late and was yet again dragged by Kazuha to the side fence.
"I have a feeling that this is gonna become a habit." Kazuha said as he help scaramouche down to the grass, "Doubt it, this is will be the last time I'll ever need help." Scaramouche denied though kazuha shrugged it off as there was no use in trying to convince the other that this is going to be a daily occurrence. "Let's go. Can't be late to class again." Kazuha said as he rushed off, scaramouche follow suit. "Loser owes winner a favour!" Kazuha laughed out as he sped up, "Hey! Not fair!" Scaramouche shouted as he tried to catch up. The two raced towards the classroom, jumping up and running across lockers and sliding across students walking pass. Despite them only interacting two times times, they acted as if they have known each other for years.
"Hah! I won, you owe me!" Kazuha yelled out the moment he ran in the classroom, gaining many stares from his classmates. "You *pant* cheater!" Scaramouche panted as he held the door for support. Trying to catch his breath. "Hehe, Welp. Now you owe me!" Kazuha teased as he took scaramouche's bag away from him and went to their seats. "Fine, what do you want?" Scaramouche said as he took out his wallet. Kazuha immediately knew what the other was going to do and stopped him, "I didn't mean by cash! I was thinking of something else, keep your wallet away you idiot." Scaramouche paused in his tracks, this was the first time that someone stopped him from taking cash.
"When someone says ' you owe me', just give them cash so we don't owe them anything"
Scaramouche was drilled to do this and has always just given anyone a wad of cash. He knew that people just want the money and who couldn't care less. But this was just a whole new experience. 'He's such a weirdo..', scaramouche thought. "If it's not cash than what is it that you want?" Scaramouche asked, actually curious to what the other wanted. "Hmmm, we'll have to wait and see won't we?" Kazuha winked as he teased scaramouche, "Kazu! Did you finish the Math homework yet?" Lumine asked as soon she spotted the two. "Yep! You? Aether's with Xiao again?" Kazuha turned his attention to her instead, "Yep, hey scaramouche. By the way, are you free this evening?" Lumine asked, 'I have a violin concert next month, mother wouldn't agree.' scaramouche thought before rejecting her. "That's a shame, There's gonna be a festival this evening and it's until the end of the week. I thought maybe we could all go as a triple date, me and ayaka, My darling brother and his pityful boyfriend xiao and you two together." Lumine sighed, "Yeah it is a shame- wait what?! We aren't dating! Right scara?!" Kazuha defended himself but scaramouche was more focused on the fact that someone had given him a nickname, a proper one. "We've only met for two days, of course not. Don't get your hopes up idiot." Scaramouche sighed and continued watching as Aether finally arrived with a dude whom he is guessing is the Xiao guy.
During the school day, Scaramouche was feeling for the first time in his life that he belonged somewhere. He hadn't laughed this much ever since he was young, he watched as the twins fought over a pack of chips and kazuha trying to stop them. He laughed at the jokes the group cracked up and sighing at the pathetic couple. He also met Ayaka, a student in the other honours class. She had light blue hair and a darker shade of blue for her eyes, she was quite polite and quiet but he didn't mind. Though there was always a darker blonde, almost like orange colour guy with her. Kazuha explained to him that the guy was a good friend of hers and her brother's boyfriend, though the brother is in another school.
After school
_____________"I got it! You'll have to join us for tonight's festival at inazuma street!" Kazuha suddenly shouted as the group was laughing at Aether for being clumsy. "You owe me, so you have to agree my dear Scara." Kazuha said proudly as he wrapped an arm around the other, it was convenient that they were almost the same height. "Hah?! I already said I can't, I have a performance coming up and I need to practice or else mo- Nevermind." Scaramouche paused and just looked the other way, 'way to kill the mood.' he thought, "Performance? What are you some big shot like scaramouche?" Kazuha laughed as the other just looked at him and said, "yeah, I am." Everyone just slapped their foreheads at Kazuha's poor memory. "You're 'the' scaramouche?! That famous violinist?? You?!" Kazuha asked frantically as he let go of scara to look at scaramouche properly. 'Why didn't I noticed my favourite musician is next to me?!' he screamed in his head in shocked as it hit him that it was indeed the Violinist. "Moron! We've already told you from the start!" The twins yelled at their forgetful friend while hitting him on the back in sync making it hurt more than it usually be."Ack!"
"So you're the scaramouche, the amazing Violinist?"
"Yes."
"The billionaire, 'the' billionaire?"
"I don't really know how much I have in my bank account, but yes I suppose I have a few billion."
Kazuha just stared at him with a blank face but in his mind he was just silently crying and panicking. 'how the hell did I not notice him Sooner?!' The rest had went home already, and told scaramouche that he had to come for the festival and he had better wear the traditional clothes. "I still have a hard time believing this but that's alright. All you need to do is just come to inazuma street for the festival. I'll come pick you up at the entrance!" Kazuha said as he ran off, leaving scaramouche Infront of his mansion. They were Talking while walking to scaramoche's home so they could discuss some stuff. "... I'm sorry to disappoint, but I don't think I'll be able to..." Scaramouche sighed as he went inside.
"I'm home..." The Violinist said to no one in particular, "ah, scara. I've decided that I was rather harsh on you the other day so I'm giving you a day off. You're free to do as you wish for this evening and tomorrow's as well. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a meeting to attend to." His mother said, 'I can attend the festival! Thank you mother!' scara thought to himself as he watched her exit the house. The Violinist quickly ran to his room to change and get ready for tonight, he found his dad old yukata and decided he was going to wear that.
He looked himself in the mirror and he thought he didn't look half bad, it was plain yukata, just a dark blue colour with thin strips. As he admired himself, his phone rang, signalling that there was a new notification.

Ok'He actually came to pick me up...'Scara thought as he gathered his stuff before running to the entrance. "There you are...Wow, you look good." Kazuha said, as he stared at the yukata his idol was wearing. The blue was a lovely compliment to the others dark violet hair and purple eyes, "Thanks, you look good too." Scaramouche turned away his gaze from the former, kazuha wore a nicely patterned yukata. It had maple leafs on the sleeves ends as well as the bottom part, the entire outfit was a work of art, snow white from the top Fading to a magnificent red at the bottom. His hair was put up in its usual ponytail and he wore red wooden slippers which made a clanking sound whenever he took a step. Just one look and scaramouche immediately felt under dressed for his first time at a festival, "Ahem, shall we head off now? I'm sure the others are waiting for us." Kazuha's voice broke his day dream and he immediately nodded and starting walking beside the other.
Is the pace of the story a little too slow? Should I go faster? Cause I feel like I'm going too slow and just adding a lot of details to irrelevant things and not making any sort of progress. I'm afraid you guys will get a little bored if I continue at this pace so I need honest opinions.
