Killua's POV:
I wake up to see a bright light above me. As my consciousness comes back to me, I slowly realize I'm in a hospital. I quickly sit up from the bed looking around the room. "Shit why am I here?!" I think to myself. I try to stand up but fail. "Why can't I stand up?!" I think to myself as I pause. "Did Gon find me?! Did he see the blood? The flowers?!" My eyes widen as I looked down at my hands. "Then... does he know?" I whisper in a quiet, and panicked tone. All of a sudden, I see the door open.
"Killua Zoldyck? Oh, your awake!" Says the lady as she entered the room. I stare at her as she walks closer to me. She picks up the checkboard from the table and adjusts her glasses. She looks up at me with a sad look then sighs. "Uhhm... we have some news..." She speaks pausing for a moment, trying to find the right words. "From our tests you have been diagnosed with... The Hanahaki Deases. I look down, already knowing my fate. "It seems you already know... have you tried to tell them?" She asks in a lower tone. I shake my head, not wanting to talk because of my throbbing throat. She sighs, "Well, you still have time... if you want to. But that time, it's not long. You can also get the surgery-"
"No... I don't... want... to... or get the... surgery..." I barely manage to say.
"Well, your friends are here... they stayed overnight. Would like to see them?" The lady asked trying to cheer up the mood. I look down and shake my head.
"I don't want them to see my like this..." I think to myself. The lady was about to respond when she got a phone call. She quickly exited the room, closing the door. I spot my phone on the side-table and grab it. I want to keep my mind off of things... maybe even if it's just for a while. I have a few messages, so I click on them.

Bisky: Gon, Killua it's past 8:30! What the hell are you two doing?!
Leorio: HURRY UP I'M COLD I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE CABINS!!

I turn off my phone and out it back on the side table. I look down towards my lap. "Do they know?!" I think to myself. "How will they react?!" All of a sudden, I hear loud voices from outside my room.
"LET US IN LADY I'M NOT AFRAID TO GET PHYSICAL!!" Yelled a angry voice. It belonged to Kurapika. I laugh a bit even though it hurts.
"Kurapika would make a good mom..." I think to myself. I hear the noise of footsteps and bodies thud together. Then, the door opens. My little sister rushes to me and hugs me. I hug her back, as tears enter my eyes. Everything hurts...
She looks at me with a sad pained look. "Oni-chan! Are you okay?!" She asks as tears enter her eyes. I rub my tears away and give her a weak smile. I nod not able to make out words.
"Killua... are you..." Gon pauses then continues, "Are you okay... yesterday when you were in the bathroom... I saw you passed out..." I look in his direction and nod with a fake smile. The others give me a worried look.
"Gon called us after he found you... we were really worried..." Said Kurapika. I just stare at the wall not bothering to make any eye-contact with anyone. It was silent for a minute until Leorio decided to speak up.
"I don't know why your all so depressed. It's not like Killua's going to die!" Bisky gives Leorio a punch.
"Leorio... you didn't hear?! Killua has The Hanahaki Dease!" Bisky said sadly.
"So, they know..." I think to myself. Bisky sighs and then looks at me with a soft smile.
"You're going to discharged by Tomorrow." It looks like she wants to say something else but stops herself.
