Chapter 30
Nanginginig ang mga tuhod ko habang pinipilit ko ang aking sarili na kumalma at umupo ng tuwid sa couch ni Sumi.
Kinuha niya ang laptop niya at inopen ang mga e-mails niya.
He looked at me. "Why didn't you tell me? You should have come and enjoy the field trip, instead of taking good care of me." He said and looked away.
Nagsisisi ba siyang ako ang nag-alaga sa kanya? Why is he so mean to me? T____T
I smiled bitterly. "It's fine. I just can't leave you drunk as that. Don't worry, I regret nothing." I said, as if I am trying to make things up.
Tumayo na ako. "I'll prepare breakfast. Okay lang ba?" I asked him.
Mamaya, mas lalo pa akong bastedin nito. Mahirap na. Ang sakit kaya! T____T
Tumango lang siya.
I smiled at him, before I leave.

Sumi's POV
What's really wrong with me? Why can't I resist her? Dati naman, I'm so confident in everything I'm doing. But something's really holding me back.
I looked for her.
She's in the kitchen. Is she really cooking for me? Psh. *sighs* But wait, bakit may hawak siyang notes?
I go near to her, to hear what she's saying.
"It is a fact that bees die if they sting." She said and continued stirring the soup. "Coral reefs live in warm water. They are not just living elsewhere in the water. Salty water, uhmmm... fresh water won't even do." She added. "Bakit ba kayo nakakapagod? Haissst! We have series circuit and a parallel---"
"What are you doing?" I asked her.
"Waaaaaah!!!" She shouted.
*splasssssshhhh!!*
Nagulat ako ng bigla niyang bitawan ang reviewer niya, at talagang na shoot pa sa soup na niluluto niya? Wow! =____=
"Nako!! Huhu! What have I done? Paano na 'to?" She asked with a worried face.
I just make a sign, "I don't know".

Sica's POV
Tahimik lang kaming kumakain. Good thing, naka on ang television. Kung hindi... ang awkward talaga ng dating.
"So, you're a teacher and your wife is a student before?"
"Yes."
"Didn't your parents---"
*tinggggggg!!*
Nagulat ako ng biglang pinatay ni Sumi ang tv.
I looked at him. "Bakit mo pinatay?" I asked.
"Focus sa pagkain. The foods are getting colder." He said.
Why do I feel like,
He's trying to be gentle?
May nakain bang lason 'to? Wala naman akong nilagay na potion ah?
Kumain na lang ako. Don't mind him. He's still Sumi Roberts. Ang taong bato.
