Tonight was the night, my amazing, talented girlfriend Hailee Steinfeld, yes the Hailee Steinfeld was performing as the globally known singer, Michael Jackson.

Hails, Neil Patrick Harris, Taraji P. Henson and Laverne Cox were all opening up the show with the iconic song  'Wanna Be Starting Something'

Hailee was wearing this gorgeous body suit type of thing, which makes her look so sexy.

Oh and I forgot to mention, I have VIP seats with the best view in the house. From where I am seated, i can see Hailee perfectly. Her face, her hair, her body and of course the most important part, that perfect smile she wears on her face when she is doing something she is truly passionate about.

The way her body moves to the rhythm is amazing, God is there anything this woman cant do? Her impersonation of MJ was uncanny, its just as if MJ has taken over her dance moves. I catch myself in a daze staring at her, but can you blame me?

As the song started to fade out and the crowd was going absolutely wild over the amazing starting performance, I get put out of my seat and make my way down to the backstage area where me and Hailee were moments before the show. I wait for Hails to run off the stage and into the wing of the curtain as Neil went first performing the absolute classic 'Smooth Criminal'

"Babe!!! you were absolutely amazing out there" I exclaim as I pick her up and spin her around in my arms. "Now I know my baby has a voice issue at the minute which was in perfect timing as you are doing a Lip Sync Battle and you dont need your wonderful voice, but i just want you to know that whatever happens tonight, you'll always be my winner, because if I do say so myself, you  were the best one on that stage right there!"

Hailee just smiles in response and kisses me softly. She motions to the door implying that she has has to get back out there. "Go on MJ" I say slapping her ass a little bit while she shimmied her way out of the room.

I returned back to my seat and watched the rest of the show. Even though I was enjoying everyone else's performances, there was only one that was on my mind.

I didn't even know what song hails was doing, I haven't even seen the choreo for it so I'm very excited to see what my girlfriend has to offer. As the night went on, I realised what was going on, they were leaving the best to last. Hailee.

The lights dimmed, I was on the edge of my seat just waiting for a spotlight to hit Hailees body. "HEY" I hear Michaels voice take over the speakers and as it did so, I also saw Hailee standing on a car, and by god did she look good.

She was wearing a white v neck sparkly shirt with black sparkly trousers topping it off with a blue sparkly jacket. I was stunned. How did i manage to pull such a beautiful, talented girl to be all mine?

As the song went on I felt myself get so excited, and yes in both ways. When Hails went into the wet part and she was moving her body along the floor doing that thing with her ass, it made me feel things I had never felt before.

As the song started to finish and she put her foot on that guys stomach (Ugh Jealous) and ran her hands through her wet hair, I was literally so shocked and amazed that she had done that! I guess thats gonna go to the top of my list of my favourite Hailee performances ever.

"Oh sorry I think I got you guys wet" I hear Hailee say to the people in the front row. I couldn't believe the words, but all I could think about how right she was, but not in the way she thought.

All the performances were over and if I do say so myself, Hailee's was the best. And no I'm not just saying that because she was my girlfriend, I'm saying it because its the obvious truth, sure all the others were great but Hails was the only one who embodied the characteristics of MJ himself.
