Chapter 2

Hi guys, welcome to the second chapter of the book! I'm just here to say thank you for the support already. I've been thinking about the actual directions this story is going to take and I wanted to update everyone on what I'm thinking. 

So with as much content the manga is giving us, plus my own filler additions, I'm thinking this may have to be multiple books. That makes this task I'm taking on seem all the more taxing, but at least the Toge simps are going to be fed.

Secondly, the way I describe the characters will be accurate to the manga. We were robbed from anime green-eyed Megumi bc he was just too powerful with them. SO if the manga says Megumi has green eyes, he has green eyes damnit.

Final note. You WILL be seeing the actual meeting of you (the reader,) and Toge. I won't say when exactly it'll happen, but it will be within the coming chapters. It's coming soon guys, sooner than you may expect.

You walked about, carrying two fresh bottles of water in a bag that you had brought with you. The cool water from the third bottle, in your hands, motivated you to get moving once again towards your partner who had chased after that boy with the cursed energy of the finger itself. As you followed the remnants of the cursed energy, your mind began to wander to when you and Fushiguro first met. You weren't exactly tied to the world of Jujutsu by anything other than sheer chance. Your mother, father, nor anyone else in your family could see curses, so you were a special case scenario. You also didn't know anyone who was connected to Jujutsu prior to arriving. One day, you were just walking down the street to school, and the next day you were standing in front of Fushiguro, giving your introductions.

"Oi, Fushiguro! Come and meet your classmate," Gojo called out. At the time, you were still wrapping your head around all the information you had been given in the past few hours. Everything you had seen as a child is real. You can execute those things, the things called curses. People use cursed energy in order to do that. And the one who would be helping you through that process, this lunatic who looked no different from an iced coffee with an absurd amount of whipped cream. You were pretty sure he didn't take anything too seriously.

The next thing you knew, a boy your age, with striking green eyes a seemingly impossible jet black hair looked over towards you with a serious expression adorning his features. He simply nodded at you as a form of greeting, and you offered a small wave in return. he didn't seem like much of a talker, and you didn't really feel like making him talk. Shortly after that awkward exchange, Fushiguro went back to whatever it was that he was doing. Gojo was displeased, but not surprised by the lack of reaction from the young teen. He turned to you with a  shake of his head, but his face instantly curled up in a mischievous jest. 

"Don't worry about him Y/N, he's never really been the type to talk. Especially when he thinks he's better than the other person." Honestly, at this point, you couldn't tell if he was serious or joking. Your teacher had a hand scooped over his mouth, hovering over your ear as if what he said was supposed to be an aside secret. However, he said it loud enough for your classmate to hear what was said, and Gojo was left with a sly grin on his features, and you were left, confused.

"I never said such things. If you keep spouting this nonsense to my new classmate, I'll punch you for real."

"You keep saying that, but I've yet to ever see you try." Gojo beamed, happy that his bait on Fushiguro worked. In a way, you were also glad. After that day, Fushiguro and you often conversed over meals. You respected him, and he seemed to also respect you enough to go on missions with you.
