FALLING ON SET {CHRIS EVANS X Y/N}

28. 'normal' Day

Y/n's pov:

I wake up by the sound of Dodger and Mylo barking. Ugh it's gonna be a long day.

"shut up" i say to the dogs. I suddenly feel an arm around me "it's 5 am" i hear Chris whisper "I don't wanna get up" i say and he laughs a little "i know" he gets up. The dogs suddenly stay quiet. He pats on the bed "you're not getting out, it's 5 am buddies" he says with his Boston accent coming out. Dodger jumps up on the bed and Mylo needs help. So Chris helps him up.

"i love you" Chris whispers after crawling up in bed hugging me "mhm" i say and close my eyes "ouch" he whispers, I laugh a little "i love you moreee" he kisses my shoulder and that's when i feel Dodger crawl in between us and not Mylo he's to little

"Dodger, what do you think you're doing buddy?" Chris says making me turn around. Dodgers lying in between Chris and i. He suddenly tries kissing my face "Dodger not now!" i say and he suddenly stops "stealing my girl? Huh?" Chris says making me smile "she's mine buddy" he says and Dodger looks at Chris seriously "mhmm mine" i roll my eyes and try to fall back asleep "Dodger can you please go over here, i wanna be next to y/n" i hear chris say. I suddenly feel his arm wrap around me again "I'm sorry" he says. I'm way too tired to answer. I hate talking in the morning, especially at this time.

Chris' pov:

I think y/n's sleeping again, i mean she looks likes she's asleep. So I'll try to fall asleep again.

"Chris it's 11 am" i open my eyes and see y/n looking at me "what?" i say and she smiles "it's 11 am" she says "can we sleep more?" she raises her eyebrows "well I'm down for that" she says and that's when i remember we have to walk the dogs. Or i could just let em' out in the garden, just today.

"I'll just let Dodger ans Mylo outside in the garden" I say and slowly start to get up "i already did" y/n says, my smile widens as i get back under the blanket.

"you look so beautiful" i say and y/n looks me in the eyes with a smile on her face "thank you" she says and i put a piece of her behind her ear

"i love you" she whispers "i love you more" i say and pull her closer to me.

"will you take a glass down for me?" y/n ask behind me "yeah" i say and get a glass down "thank you" she walks back to the table after filling the Glass up with water.

"so maybe we should go grocery shopping today, we don't have that much" i say as i walk over to the table "mhm" i sit down next to her "i could just go, if you don't want to" she shakes her head "no, I'll come" i nod with a little smile on my face.

Y/n's pov:

Chris and i are in the car about to go grocery shopping, we haven't done that in a while. I understand why. Paparazzi.

"have any ideas for dinner today?" Chris asks as he drives out "nope" he laughs a little "okay then, we'll find something easy" i nod and Chris takes my hand in his.

We arrive at a little grocery store, we get out of the car. As we walk up to the store Chris sighs "we should've probably made a shopping list" i raise my eyebrows "well i can try to use my memory" he giggles.

"alright, we should definitely get more milk, butter, bread, cheese-" "alright lady, let's take one at a time, milk first."i roll my eyes and take a shopping cart to put the milk in there.

"what else?" Chris asks after we've put in, i think everything we need "i don't... Think, we need anything else" he nods and we go up to pay. "can i pay this time?" i whisper to him as we're waiting in the line "nah, I'll do it" i shake my head "seriously, you always do it" he giggles a little "well ofc i do" i sigh and give him a little punch, making him laugh a little.

"next time I'll pay Chris." i say right after getting in the car "hmmmmm, idk, we'll see" he says and starts the engine. Making me take on my seat belt fast. I'm so glad there wasn't any Paparazzi this time.

Suddenly Chris' phone starts to play a ring tone "oh it's Downey" i tilt my head and he picks up "hi man" Chris says "hi, so we need you on set tomorrow, for some extra scene or something" Chris nods slowly "right okay, I'll be there. Anything else?" Chris says smiling awkwardly "nope" Robert says, Chris sighs "alright, well I Geuss I'll see you tomorrow then" Chris says "yeah, see you" i nod and they hang up.

"what's up?" i ask Chris. He looks at me "i thought, It'd be a friend talk. Yk" i nod slowly "i geuss." he sighs again "i look up to that guy, and I'm a.. Fan.. Of him, which may sound weird, but yeah" I take a deep breath "maybe he was busy or something like that" he looks at me for a sec and looks back at the road. Chriiiis.

We get back home, the dogs start jumping and running after us while we're putting the groceries in the fridge.

"wanna play a board game or solve a puzzle?" Chris asks after we've put everything in the fridge or if it needed go to the freezer or any where else. "maybe yeah" he smiles "please?" he begs "yes ofc!" he smiles "so puzzle, or boardgame.. or card game?" i tilt my head "maybe, puzzle?" he nods and runs out to get a puzzle.

"so we have this one, with puppies, or this one with just a random picture of a beach" he says with a little proud smile on his face. "the one with the puppies" i say "yes" i hear him say as he puts the other one away. "okay so this one has 450 pieces" i nod and he opens it up.

"i think it's missing a piece!" Chris yells as we can't find the one last piece "whyy?" he says and i shake my head "well i mean it's still pretty" he nods "true"

We end up ordering pizza for dinner, and i payed!

"you like it?" he asks and i shake my head "no, it's terrible. No ofc i do" he smiles and rolls his eyes. "i don't wanna watch a movie today, tbh" i say and he nods "no yeah, me neither" i nod and he stands up "i can't eat anymore, I'm full" he says and i nod "yeah"

"should we just go to bed?" Chris asks after we've cleaned up "yeeeahhh" i say and he smiles "I'll just get Dodger and Mylo" i nod and start to walk to his bedroom. "alright, here the Boys are" Chris says as gets back with Mylo in his hand and Dodger behind him.

We've Brushed our teeth and everything. So we're in bed. "i kinda liked this day" Chris says with his arm around me "me too" no i seriously actually liked today. It wasn't a busy day or anything.
