"Katsuki Bakugou, correct?" A woman came in through the office door they sat in, closing it soon after to leave the chatter behind. Katsukis hands tightened in his pockets, the gloves cushioning any nails digging into the skin, and nodded his head.
"Yea." The lady hummed to his answer, going over to take a seat in her chair and setting up various things around the desk in computer.
"Where are your parents? Shouldn't they be here for support?" She asked, keeping her voice sweet and smiling at him gently when she looked over. Katsuki grimaced tho before looking down to shuffle his feet.
"I... don't want their support. I can talk without having a damn breakdown." Katsuki mouthed with a pinch in his eyebrows. The woman gave him a small nod after a few seconds of observation before she turned her absolute attention to him.
"Then let's get started shall we?" She said before straightening up a little. "I'm detective Monika Kaniyashiski, and I am under a strict procedure to ask questions about what you saw yesterday involving the sludge villain. You don't have to answer all of them or have the need to stay here if you feel pressured." Monika reassured. "Now, would you like a written statement or recorded?" She asked and Katsuki glanced up at her, assessing for a moment before he looked down at the pad she had in hand.
"Written." Katsuki spoke and the woman nodded.
"Would you like to call anyone to sit beside you or are you more comfortable alone?"
"Alone." She nodded again before uncapping her pen and flipping it and placing the ball-ink on the paper.
"What did you witness?" Monika asked and Katsuki breathed in some air before he answered, eyes on the pad.
"A homicide" Katsuki answered, unsure, and he swallowed. "A villain killed a classmate of mine."
"And this was yesterday?" A nod from Katsuki when she looked up."Around what time?" She pondered with a tone flat and indicating no such curiosity he expected. She was very professional and Katsuki felt a little greatful, he guessed.
"Uhm... it was after school." Katsuki knows his answers are overly vague, but he hadn't a clue of what else to say other than answer the given question. At least Monika seemed a little satisfied with the answer.
"We're there any other witnesses that you may know of? A friend or a by-passer by any chance?" She asked, and Katsuki went to nod before he shook his head.
"N-no, it was just me and him." He says as he recalls the memory, but he frowns a little. "Wait- no." He shakes his head, confused.
"Y-you have to get out of here"
"A villain. H-he's chasing me- but I'm trying to get a hero to help!"
"Ha! Like we're going to believe that. I bet you just covered yourself in dumpster crap so you could get attention but like there's a chance a quirkless nobody will ever be noticed"
