The cherry blossom trees shed the flowers on the pavement from the huge gate to the corridors of the AXY arts and science college. The senior students walked in groups with their friends while few sat on the benches on the sides of the pavement while the freshers walked in slow steps their gaze wandering around the college and the other students who were smiling with their fellow class mates and friends.

Suriya studying final year walked in with his friends as they kept commenting on the girls walked infront of them. He got irriated with them doing that repeatedly even after Suriya warned them to stop it. Riddhi who joined direct third year after transfer from her previous college was one of the girls walking infront of Suriya and group.

Suddenly a boy from Suriya's rival group pushed Suriya from behind and he fell on Riddhi and she got irriated and slapped him infront of all the students. Suriya felt embarassed and held her wrist tightly.

"How dare you raise hand on me ?" Suriya yelled at her.

Riddhi screamed in pain and tried to shove his hand but his grip was tight and she could not shove him. Suriya's friends tried to cool him but he turned deaf to them and pushed her to the ground.

"Next time ippadi chuma thalli vida matten nee kudutha mathiri double ah kuppen " he snapped and left from there. Riddhi wiped her tears and tried to stand when a girl came to help her.

"Hi I am Priya, final year computer science " she introduced herself and Riddhi introduced her and they were from the same class and walked towards their class.

"Ippo unna thalli vittadhu Suriya, my best friend romba nalla paiyan konjam kovam varum nee thappa nenaikadha " she convinced and they reached the class and Riddhi saw Suriya sitting already inside. She moved forward and sat diagonally to him Suriya saw her and turned his gaze to the board.

Soon the classes started and during the lunch break everyone went to canteen and Riddhi stayed back in the class having lunch from her box. Suriya and friends were having lunch and Suriya returned to the class first but when he was entering Riddhi was going out and they both bumped on to each other.

"unakku kannu enna pinnadiya irukku" Riddhi yelled at him and he gritted his teeth and asked the same question to her. Both kept staring and Priya came and pulled Riddhi from there.

" Yen ippadi morachite irukkinga " she sent Riddhi from the classroom and turned to Suriya.

"Suriya ava enna panna appadi yen avala ippadi panre" she asked him but he walked to his place without replying. Riddhi returned to the class and sat in her seat and the rest of the day went with the classes. Evening Riddhi was leaving the campus and she saw Suriya beating a boy outside the gate and she rushed to help the boy.

"Nee yenna loosa ippadi pottu adikura, cheii arive illaya unakku " she screamed at him and helped the boy to stand. Suriya left from there in frustration. Riddhi helped the boy to get in an auto and she left to home.

Next day morning Riddhi walked to her classroom and she was locked on the wall by suriya.

" Avana adicha nee help panre appo avan oru ponna molest pannan adhukku nee help panniya. Innoru mura ennoda vishayathula interfere aana avlodhan" he pushed her and left the classroom but she yelled at him to stop. she stood front of him and held his collars.

"Nee enna police ah yaar thappu pannalum adikka, avan molest panna police la pudichu kudu illa principal kitta complaint pannu adha vittut nee yaaru ellariayum adikka.enkitta vandhu merattura vela vechukadha adhukku bayapadra aal naa illa" she snapped and left to her seat.
