Chapter 25

August - December 7th (last day of tour)

Today was me and dell's last day of touring. After this ian going on another one in a few years. I know Corrie gone be happy as a bitch to see me.

Speaking of mama, she made it to 9 months. Her pregnancy went by fuckin fast. And I heard Rai's did too. Homie about 7 months. They havin a girl too.

Corrie could be due any day now.

But enough of that, it was time for our last performance then in the morning we can dip.

We got out on stage had started up the performance.

"So you mean to tell me she terminated it?" I asked.

"Hell yeah! You know how much money I spent on the bill to even get a sperm for us?" Regina sighed.

"How much?" I asked.

"Damn near $12,000!" She said.

"Whew chile." I said. "Y'all break up?"

"Yup. She thought I cheated. Can you believe that?!"

"Damn damn." I sighed.

"Fuck her anyways. When you due? Ya boutta pop." She laughed.

"Any day any time now." I smiled. I can't believe I'm about to be a mother.

"Ain't that crazy, just an hour ago you was in Atlanta being a good ass girl. Now you knocked up wid a baby."

"Reggie!" I laughed playfully pushing her.

"I'm just sayin luh mama." She laughed.

She turned on the tv, and flipped on some channels. I had put us some ice cream in a bowl. We was just kickin it waiting for baby girl to come.

Me and Aug were looking mad hard for a name. We both wanted something with a meaning. I had a few names in mind. Like Jasmine, Nova, Angel, and Essence. I definitely loved Essence. It was so beautiful.

"Reg?" I asked.

"What's good?" She said looking at me. She had turned the channel to a channel on a commercial.

"I think I have a baby name." I smiled looking down.

"Ohhh shit! What we thinkin?"

"Essence." I smiled.

"Damn, that's beautiful." She said.

"I know! And I know August will love it."

And as I said that the commercial was over. When I say I broke into a huge smile when I heard some music playin.

It was August. He was up on the damn tv performing with Kordell. It felt so live too. Like we were there.

Then Sarai called me.

"Hey girl I just got our food. Reggie likes sprite right?"

"BITCH! August and Kordell on tv!" I said.

"Blow a bitch ear out then. I got my AirPods in."

"My bad, but hurry inside! They blowin it!" I cheesed on the other end.

"Unlock the door then good sis." She laughed.

I got up and wobbled to the door to unlock it. As soon as I did she was pulling up.

She got out with the food and Reggie came out and got it from her. Then we all walked in and sat down to watch their performance.

"Oh yeah they lit." Reggie laughed taking a bit out of her burger.
