Jounin rescue mission

~Iruka's POV~

Me and my friends decided to get a drink after our shift at the mission desk but kotetsu and Izumo had to escort Tsunade-sama for a meeting. So when Genma invited me for Dango with him and friends, I agreed to go with him. We went to the dango place in town.

" Ohh... Dango! Dango! I was looking forward for this the whole day!" Anko squeals. She LOVES dango. I once almost got beaten to death for stealing a dango stick out of her plate. Oh the horror!

" Woah! slow down Anko. There's plenty of dango for everyone here and you can eat until sunrise tomorrow." Genma said laughing while shifting his senbon from left to right in his mouth.

" YES! WE CAN KEEP EATING DANGO FOR THE REST OF OUR YOUTH! NEVER LET YOUR YOUTHFULNESS SLIP AWAY!" Gai-san shouted at the top of lungs while getting onto a table to prove his point maybe? That guy is always shouting and saying things that doesn't really make sense.

" Maa.. Gai. Calm down will you? Its just Dango!" Raido was visibly annoyed. I mean who can really withstand that youthful passion or whatever that guy has?

" IRUKA SENSEI!!!" I turned around to a screaming Naruto running towards me with a bored looking Sasuke and a slightly excited Sakura.

" Oi! Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura! Don't you guys have training today?" I asked pleased to see my former students.

" Maa... Iruka sensei, Kakashi sensei has gone on a mission so we Didn't have training for 2 weeks! He still hasn't returned. That lazy old man! What kind of missions does he do anyway? Taking this much time? " Naruto looked annoyed and honestly bored.
I tried to hide a smile. That lazy old man does S-rank missions, that is!

" That lazy old man happens to be one of the best jounins in the village Naruto. What kind of missions do you think he does? " Raido asked with amusement in his expression.

" Geez I don't know! Whatever It is it shouldn't take this long to finish! He's just lazy!" Naruto complained. Sasuke didn't bother and Sakura was just busy looking at Sasuke to react to what Naruto said.

" Genma Shiranui, Raido Namiashi and Mighto Gai. Hokage-sama requested to see you immediately. " An ANBU suddenly appeared before us and informed the 3 stunned jounins.

"Well then see you later guys. Duty calls!" Genma stood up brushing his hands off on his chunin vest.

" DON'T LOSE YOUR YOUTHFUL PASSION AND LIVE UPTO YOUR DREAMS GUYS!" Gai-san shouted in my ear. Sheesh! Damn that man and his youthfulness!

" jaa ne..!" Raido said and they all disappeared.

~Kakashi's POV~

When I opened my eyes I can feel that im moving through the forest on someone's back. I shifted my head slightly to the other side. My whole body feels heavy and sore.

"Oh so you woke up Kakakshi." I lifted my head to see the man beside me. It was Genma. Senbon still in mouth, he was carrying my backpack. And I recognized the other guy as raido and the one who's carrying me was Gai.

" We checked you for injuries and you had quite a few. I cannot begin to imagine the torture they made you go through. " The soft hearted Raido said shaking his head.

" So are you my rescue team?" I asked chuckling lightly. Oh god it hurts even to chuckle!
" Thanks guys! Thank you for coming to help me." I said honestly greatful.

" Well, Tsunade-sama is waiting for you to return so she can give you a piece of her mind. The longest lecture yet!" Genma said laughing as I made a 'Oh no' face.

" KAKASHI!" Tsunade-sama punched one of the hospital rolling tables as it cracked in half.
Everyone in the room immediately went silent.

" WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING GOING OFF ALONE LIKE THAT ON A GODDAMN
S-RANK MISSION?!" She was scarier than the grass shinobi now. I will never withstand this torture!

"I told you to find 3 more jounins and make a 4 man squad before you go!" Her words are like senbons.

" Maa.. Tsunade-sama.. Gomenasai! " I said looking down at my hands which had bandages wrapped around them from shoulder to wrist.

" Now listen to me boy! If you ever go on a S-rank alone without my permission again, I will end your life before the enemy Shinobi does! Understood?" She practically barked! I am sure that she will break my ribs for good. No doubt about it! It seems like I will be leaving the hospital with more injuries than I came in with!

" Hai!" I have to be insane to go above her orders. The ANBU rule numer one; Never talk back to your superiors. Understood!

"You have 4 broken ribs and a dislocated shoulder. Not to mention those cracked fingers. I Don't know how you withstood that torture and I'm honestly impressed. The info you sent back with your ninken was surely useful and you somehow did a great job and completed your mission. But now You need to rest for at least a week in the hospital before you return to active duty! Ok? Understood?" She looked at me directly in the eyes.

" Hai!" I said again avoiding her burning gaze.

" Good! Now I don't wanna hear any complaints from any nurses or doctors about you while you're here, Ok? I don't ever wanna hear that you snuck out in the middle of the night or that you are reading those pervy books of yours without sleeping! Understood?" She said glaring, but expression slightly milder than before.

"Hai!" I said again to quickly get the tongue lashing over with.

" Fine then I'm leaving you now so you can rest. But believe me boy I'm keeping a close eye on you. I know how much a stubborn moron you can be. You better not test my patience on this. " She said giving me one final spine chilling glare.

"H-Hai Tsunade-sama!" Now im getting kinda nervous thinking she's gonna be watching my eveey move. I Better behave!

Tsunade-sama left the room. I can hear the sound of her heels clacking on the floor fading away. I layed down on my bed and let out a sigh. I hate hospitals. A week in here like this will surely drive me crazy!
