YN POV
We walk side by side with her swaying my arm back and forth with hers, "You sure you are fine moving around like this?" I ask her concerned that she may hurt or cramp her arm just by doing this. "You sure are concerned about me, I'm fine, I can regenerate!" She reassured me by wrapping her arm around me, hugging me, "You sure like clinging onto me" I said gently stroking her head.
"Well...I just thought you'd like it" She says letting go of me fiddling her fingers shyly, "I love it, you know? If you were mine, I'd love you unconditionally" I said absentmindedly thinking it was a compliment I made. "Y-You'd love me unconditionally?" She stuttered on her words and I nod, "W-Wow" She giggled looking a little red under her fur there as she covers her face looking away from me, her tail brushing my leg repeatedly.
"For a beast like you, I'm sure as hell taller than you," I said taking a little break at a nearby tree where we could rest our legs from all the walking, "I can be much taller than you~" She smiled and I push her against the tree with my hand above her head leaning my head to hers. "Wh-What are you doing?" She stammered on her words, her legs began to shake and I held her hand.
"There's a bug on your hand," I said holding her hand out so I can remove it then placed it on the branch, "Oh" She replied sounding disappointed. "Also, Seeing you this close makes me want to say you're cute" I flirt gently brushing my hand down her cheek to her chin, sending shivers down her spine.
She instinctively hold my hand on her chin and then guide it towards her beating heart, I like her so much, but I couldn't bring myself to tell her, even though we just met a few days ago. I try to lean closer to her canine lips while feeling my heart pound, I never felt like this in over a year now, I always thought you'd have adrenaline when fighting beasts, but this is different.
Suddenly, we both caught the scent of hunters so I immediately stopped what I'm doing telling her to put her cloak on and I sat on the ground acting like I'm doing something. "Hey YN!" I heard Henry's voice which made me click my tongue, I expected a different hunter, I turned around to see Troy with him and noticed Amelia sitting beside me, holding my arm firmly.
"Hey YN, nice seeing you with your maiden," Troy says as he glances at her from the bottom to the top, I stand in front of her to not let him have a good look at her. "You are maiden less and don't you stare at her like that, she's mine," I told him and he raised his hands defensively, "I'm sorry" He apologized and Henry asked us if we were going back home, I replied we were so we decided to go back together.
