Bunny woke up that morning feeling extremely nervous. It wasn't like the nervousness she felt when it was the day of the SAG awards. The Oscars were the biggest awards for movies and "Once Upon a Time In... Hollywood" and "Parasite" were nominated for a few awards and she was nominated for two awards. "Best Supporting Actress" for "Once Upon a Time In... Hollywood" and "Best Live Action Short Film" for "Hidden Secrets."
Bunny still couldn't believe it. She was the youngest nominee in history for the short film category and was the youngest amongst all her fellow nominees in both categories. She doubted she would win. Being nominated was an honor in itself.
Unlike last time at the SAG awards, she wasn't going through that much pain anymore. Her hip contusion was fully healed and her ribs were getting better. Her ribs were still fractured but they didn't put her in that much pain than before. She still had occasional headaches due to her cerebral contusion not being healed yet. She still walked with a little bit of a limp since her pelvis was not yet healed. But overall, better than before.
Tonight would be very special because Kai was going to be with her for the event. He would be sitting away from her though during the event but they'd be together after the show was over. Bunny felt happy that he would be with her and she wouldn't be alone. She wouldn't technically be alone since she'd have both casts with her. But she felt happy that she would be with one of the people she loves most in the world.
"Are you ready for tonight, jagiya?" Kai asked as she was about to go in the bathroom. "Kinda. I'm just nervous." Bunny answered. "Don't worry! You're going to be great! And trust me, you're going to be the most beautiful person in the room." Kai beamed. Bunny blushed and giggled, hiding her face. Kai chuckled seeing her reaction. Bunny went to go get ready for the big event.
