"How far are we?" groaned Coco as they continued on.

"This is not a quick journey, Coco," explained Carlos, "Since we started in Venice, it will take a few days to get there." Carlos looked at the Regina. "How did you survive the attack on Cerulea?" Carlos asked. Isabella looked at him.

"I don't know. I think Traho wanted me alive to lure Serafina and these five brave," explained Isabella. "Sadly, I don't know how I survived. I heard Vallero say that the arrow was poisoned."

"What arrow?" asked Rachel timidly.

"The arrow that hit the Regina," said Coco.

"Oh no!" cried Rachel.

"I'm alright, Rachel," said Isabella smiling.

"That's good," said Rachel. "I see Sicily." she pointed to the island. Carlos smiled.

"We could stop and rest," suggested Carlos.

"What about us, gogg?" asked Coco.

"I have a name you know," said Carlos.

"Don't care. You are a gogg," replied Coco.

"That's not nice," said Rachel.

"Everybody shhh," said Isabella.

"Carlos!" shouted a woman as she drove her boat to Carlos and Rachel. "Hello!"

"Hello, mama," said Carlos.

"Mama!" shouted Rachel.

"My children! Where is your father?" she asked.

"He's...He's...dead!" cried Rachel and she started to cry.

"Oh my gosh..." said mama.

"The death riders killed him," explained Isabella as she swam from behind the boat. "They almost killed me, they attacked Cerulea, they want Serafina and these five brave," Tears formed in her eyes. "My brother is part of it, they want to take over Miromara, they killed my husband, and...killed my people." Isabella started to cry and tears rolled down her face like rain falling down from the sky. Rachel frowned and hold Isabella's hand.

"Oh hello Regina Isabella," said mama. "I'm Adelina."

"Hello...." said Isabella as she continued crying.

"It's okay shhh," said Rachel. Just then, Isabella gasped and goes underwater pulling Rachel in.

"Rachel!" screamed Carlos and Adelina in unison. Then, after a few more minutes, Coco is pulled underwater also. Carlos and Adelina saw the death riders underwater. They were the ones who was causing this. Rachel struggled wildly underwater as she and Isabella were being pulled deeper into the water.

"It's a terragogg! A little girl to be exact. Too bad she can't breathe underwater," said a death rider and he grabbed Rachel. Rachel screamed louder as the death rider pulled her further underwater.

"Let her go!" screamed Carlos and he jumped into the ocean and swam to Rachel. He kicked the death riders and saw Rachel's eyes close. "Rachel!" Carlos screamed while underwater. Isabella saw what was happening and slapped the death rider with her tail, breaking free, and swimming to Rachel pulling her up. Carlos followed and took Rachel, and they finally reached the surface. Carlos dragged Rachel onto the boat and looked at Adelina.

"Mama, drive the boat at fast speed," said Carlos them he looked at Isabella. "You get Coco. I'll take care of Rachel!" Adelina drove the boat away from the scene as fast as a race car. Isabella went back underwater and found Coco.

"Hurry Coco, we have to swim as fast as we can okay?" said Isabella

"Okay!" replied Coco. The mermaids swam as fast as they could. They reached the boat and continued swimming.

Meanwhile, Carlos looked back down at Rachel and started to preform Rescue Breathing. He tilted Rachel's head back and started to breathe into her mouth. After doing it two times, he tilted her head to the side and looked at her. She made no response. Carlos tried again. Rachel coughed out water and started to breathe again.

"Oh thank goodness," said Carlos sighing and he put a blanket over her. "That will keep her warm." He ran to Adelina. "Now what?" he asked.

"We'll go to my home and we'll stay there for the night. The Regina and the little mermaid will stay in the pool. There is an entrance way underwater for them," explained Adelina.

"What about Rachel?" asked Carlos.

"She'll have to recover. You'll have the leave her...."

"No! I'm not leaving her. I have to protect her like papa would have,"

"I know Carlos, "

"We'll have to stay a few days then because I'm not leaving her,"

"I understand Carlos,"

"Good," Carlos looked at Rachel's pale face. She still looked weak, but she was alive and that was all that mattered. Isabella smiled as she saw that Rachel was okay, but it got her thinking about Serafina. Questions were in her head. Where was she? Is she okay? How did I survive that arrow?

"Serafina is fine Isabella, you don't have to worry do much. I think I have a theory of how you survived," said Adelina.

"You read my mind? Impressive," said Isabella.

"I have my ways," said Adelina

"Now tell me your theory," demanded Isabella.

"Since you said that the arrow was poisoned maybe Traho used an anti-poison potion," explained Adelina.

"That could be a possibility," said Isabella. "Let's just focus on getting to safety."

"Right," said Adelina.

After a few hours they all reached the destination and settled in. Carlos carried Rachel to her room and laid her on the bed tucking her in.

"Good night, Rachel," said Carlos. "We are safe...." He kissed her forehead and stroked her messy, brown hair. "I thought I lost you back there. I don't know how I would've lived without you. Now, we are safe. At least I hope so....."
Carlos turned off the lights and walked out closing the door.
