'Ti si DerflA'
Then, right after he read it, it disappeared. He began laughing. "SAW IT BEFORE YOU DELETED IT BUDDY!" He called downstairs. Spain began laughing nervously. "I'm sooooo soooooo soooo sorry amigo!" He said to Canada. There was no response. Just a small scared whimper.
America ran down the stairs with a facepalm, laughing loudly. Spain narrowed his eyes, a small smile playing on the corners of his mouth. "So, who was it again?" He pointed to himself. "It was the United States of America." Spain rolled his eyes. "Well, I'm off then." The Spanish boy patted the American on the shoulder, grabbed his phone back, then walked out the door. With Spain gone, silence was thick in the house. This gave America the feeling of awkwardness, thinking of the Canadian and is face turned warm.
He sat on the couch, muting his mic and opening up their messages.
"You made I stole Spain's phone?" He typed. A minute or two passed before he got a reply.
"No, im scared to be honest. Do you know who?"
"Mhmm"
"Yeah scared and angry at myself maybe."
"Oh btw, I knew it already."
"I should be even more scared but you butt hole!"
"HHAHAH ):3"
"Like just a day, a day, and NOTHING."
"A day of guessing?"
"Yeah, even if you already knew."
"Eheh"
"...Tub stahw ruoy esponser..?"
He stopped typing then, pink painted over his cheeks. What was his response? Yeah, he actually did like Canada, but he had been too embarrassed to say so. And.. afraid. Was the Canadian really braver than him? Apparently. He let out the breath he was holding. He lifted his hands off of his lap and typed.
"Well, I feel the same." He coughed into his fist. No matter if no one was there, he felt thoroughly embarrased about stating his feelings. He wasn't used to all the mushy stuff.
"That could be taken two different ways, Al." Came the reply.
"I mean I....I.. uhh, I ..l...love you too..?" Gah it was so difficult.
"...You're not kidding me are you?"
"No."
"No joke?"
"Of course not, I said it and I mean it, I love you."
Silence erupted for a few minutes before Canada responded again.
"But you said you weren't sure? Last time?"
"No, I didn't say that."
"You said you weren't sure."
"Well, now I'm sure mkay?"
"....."
"...."
America stuffed his face into a nearby pillow, hiding his red face.
"I knew this would be awkward." He lifted his head and read the message. He sighed.
"Well, it doesn't have to be." With that, he unmuted his mic. "Freedom." He stated. He heard Canada's hand smack into his face. "Greaaat job Al."
"You had a better idea?" America inquired, smirking. Canadq sighed. " No." The American frowned. "Well, I got us out of the awkward moment didn't I? That means I'm the hero. Haha. Ha." Canada chuckled. "Ehh.."
More awkward silence erupted between the two, making America fidget. He couldn't do awkward silence. "So...."
"Soooo.."
"Meehh.."
"Meeeh."
"Jellyfish."
"Jellyfish?"
"Jelly that smells like fish, ya know, stanky stuff." America joked. Canada 'pffted'. "Really smooth. Reeeeeally smooth."
